I love this Starbucks! Big open space, lots of tables, reliable wifi and not too noisy. Go to study spot when I'm here. The staff is friendly even when busy. The food and drinks are also always on par. Great location.

Today marks, the fourth occasion that I have been made to wait more than five minutes to even be acknowledged by a member of staff while standing at the counter waiting to be served. Some thing inside me has snapped. There is nothing that will compel me to go to this location again, and you shouldn't either. they should close the indoor portion and make this a drive-through, if they are going to completely prioritize those customers every day all the time. Starbucks galaxy pass: go, F yourself.

every time i go here the drink sizes are wrong. if i say venti there's only one cup that's venti, you charged me for a venti, then you made a small drink, and always act like im the one in the wrong when i ask for it to be corrected. where does the lapse in communication happen in the one minute between our conversation at the register and you picking up the wrong sized cup

Their hours say they close at 7:30 but theyre all standing around talking at 7:14 and shut down drive thru. I wonder if the manager knows they close whenever they want.

Seems like anytime i go to this starbucks i always get the girl with an attitude when i asked her for the receipts that she had overflowing on the floor for a app i use she got kinda snippy with me and told me i couldnt do that grabbed all the receipts and threw it away kinda rude and theres no reason for it theres no personal info on them! I would like to contact corporate and ask them about it too!

I like that their coffee is strong but they don't have Carmel syrup or assorted flavors.My favorite coffee is salted Carmel iced coffee. I'm surprised they don't have that at Starbucks.

Update Feb 2022, this Starbucks now closes at 2pm. This is an epic failure by the local franchisee. I remember coming in here at 9pm to grab coffee while working on papers. There is no reason for this place to close at 2pm, other than pure laziness by staff or management.

It's 6:45 AM on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. This Starbucks isn't open. I went out of my way to come here. Seriously?? What coffee shop worth it's beans isn't open at 6:45 AM on a Wednesday morning?
