The employees were completely disinterested in providing service. Didn't provide any napkins with order, when asked they said "We don't have any" in an irritated tone.
This morning at about 8:20am. I went to my local dunkin. I ordered three breakfast burritos and a med ice coffee. Generally the drive thru is my usual means to order and my order is normally correct and done well. . Yet this morning the drive thru was backed up. I went in instead. As I am waiting for my food 15+min and the cashier hands a lady a med ice coffee and 3 breakfast burriots. I thought to my self ...hmm... same order as mine. At this point 20 minutes passed.
