Absolute worst DD in the area. The service is horrible. Order was completely wrong. Staff is always rude. "Manager" Sam is in noway a manager! She was so horrible at fixing a simple order and does not have patience, nor customer service skills. She also talks bad about customers IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS with the team member with the ugly blue hair. both rude every single time I have ever been there. This is solely about the service. They are not equipped to be doing early mornings and it shows. They are either not staffed or trained. I have been in this Dunkin line for 15 minuets they take an order stop make it then take the next order. Dunkin needs to go and put a Marylou’s here. This is completely pathetic and they constantly make people late for work. Stop hiring kidsUpdate! Finally had my order taken after 13 minutes. There was only 3 cars in front of me. There is one employee working. Don’t open if you staff calls out. Take the loss of not opening instead of losing customers. Whoever is at the window keeps walking away making the line wait longer. After 22 minuets waiting I left. That is my car ride to work!!! I don’t mind waiting but 22 minuets is insane

Prices keep going up at this Dunks I will no longer go to this location. $3.40 for a small Iced coffee! I can go to a dunks down the street and get a Medium for that price.

Just got a coffee ordered 2 cream 2 sugar iced got a cup of cream then the guy asked if I wanted my 1.60 change. Really since when do you ask anyone that ???!!!! And make horrible so called coffee!

Ok I usually come here all the time. I don’t know who this person at the drive thru mid morning hours but she has a serious attitude issue. My wife and I got our order and we were missing the donut we ordered. My wife said we were missing a donut and the woman at drive thru gave us this death glare just staring, throws up her arms and lashed out, yeah, what kind! Gets the donut and practically shoved the bag into the car window while saying hope you have a wonderful day a very rude tone. I won’t come back to this Dunkin as long as she’s there
