I absolutely love this Dunkin' location it's so nice to have a nice conversation at the window in the morning before I start my day my mocha macchiato is always made perfect I mean a little bit more ice would do good but it's perfect.

i work in the early AM and want to thank this dunkins for being open at 4AM everyday - early morning staff is always amazing.. its the closest dunks to my employer and ive been several times with no issue..

This is the worst Dunkin in Taunton ever. I just went in this morning and three people were attending to the drive-through and I’m standing at the register for 15 minutes and had to ask, Is this place open or is the register just closed down. Very poorly trained.

Waited 10 minutes in line, order was wrong, and missing one drink. We were asked to pull to the next window, waited another 10 minutes to be told, "we forgot about you". Asked for the correct sized straw and they were "out of stock".
I have a medical condition and cannot have caffeine ordered my usual lg.iced decaf from the Dunkin's on Washington Street in Taunton, Ma. on Saturday morning with a whole day planned with my bf and his granddaughter and come to find out it was not decaf. So I spent my Saturday at home on the couch trying to deal with the effects of the caffeine. Thank you Dunkin's for ruining my day ?

Weekday morning crew slacking understaffed waited in line inside for 10 minutes drive line was curved all the around the parking lot , no one acknowledged me at all but the Dunkin up the street the gas station one had way more staff and I got my coffee in a matter of 2 minutes
