Terrible management. Incredibly rude to employees and customers. Not only that. I overheard the manager talking about mice in the freezer with the food and that they wouldn’t throw any of the contaminated food away. Won’t be going here again.

Service is good, but some of the staff make sloppy sandwiches. The manager of the store is arrogant. I'm a regular and the way she speaks to her employees is a disgrace. You can see the tension among her and her staff. This location needs some change in upper management. The employees are pleasant and care about us customers. So whoever is the GM needs to wake up

Got an iced coffee asked for a straw 3 Times and they looked at me and then shut the window. Typical people doing the absolute BARE MINIMUM to collect a paycheck.
Ordered a dunkachino and got a cup of dark sludge that was too thick to come through the mouth piece. Had to just throw the whole thing away. Something’s up with this location.
