I would love to give 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend went through the drive thru to order a coffee and some food. When he went up to pay the women said his card only paid for 7$ he then looked at his bank app and showed the women she charged him 18$ he asked for his order and she refused and shut the window and would not open it. I don't understand how she can charge him 18$ and say that he was only charged 7$ when he has the proof right there. Unfortunately he had to get to work so he never got his order but was charged the 18$. Never go to this dunks unless you want to get charged for your order and nor receive it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I like this place but you guys need to disable your “walk in order” function if you can't take walk in mobile orders or tell your company to update the app if you guys don't have that function. I placed an “Walk in” order on the app and had to wait 10-15’ at the drive through to pick up my order because they closed their walk in door and told me to use the drive through.

It was so good! The staff were super nice! They did get one order wrong but they fix it right away ? also it was cleaner then most dunkins. Over all the drinks were delicious and I recommend this place to dunkin lovers??

I was cruising for somewhere open at before 5 for vegan breakfast, and this is where I ended up. One almond milk chai latte, hash browns, and bagel later I am one happy camper. ?Vegetarian options: Practically every menu option can be made vegetarian, and many can also be modified to be vegan.Dietary restrictions: A few good vegan options, and many drinks can be made vegan with milk alternatives.

i have never left a review but we decided this one deserves it. this dunkins sucks so bad. i have literally never had service industry workers be so rude to my dad and i about what we asked and paid for. all of the girls were miserable and after reading the other reviews from 7 years ago it's despicable that the microphone outside still doesn't work well. a repeated "i can't hear you" and "can you say that again?" came from the woman on the speaker. it said our order on the screen correctly but they still couldn't get it right.good luck going here!!

Perfect place to go if you want an attitude, long wait times, and trash with bits of plastic floating in your drink! I was feeling sick all day only to find a napkin and broken bits of a cup sitting in the bottom of my coffee when nearly done with it!

Had to repeat my order for one iced coffee 5 times, got to the window ask repeated my coffee order was handed something completely different. This why I don't bother going to Dunkin anymore besides the bitter tasting
The remodel of the restaurant looks great! The staff is kind and engaging for an obviously difficult public facing position (New Englanders without their Coffee are feral by nature). The doughnuts seem to have shifted to a better display cabinet of front but the selection is extremely small, with many trays empty, limiting selection. I've been seeing this across the city, though. Even the rename of just "Dunkin" looks like their moving away from the doughnut options ?.Kid-friendliness: Staff was kind to my daughter, talking to her directly when she mentioned what she wanted.Wheelchair accessibility: The concrete ramps will get you to the front door, but there may be some difficulty swinging them open. Also the door to enter the restaurant is relatively small and may make spacing congestion.

When I first moved to Taunton last summer I would always come to this location and the staff was so friendly and efficient. I don’t know what happened in the last few months but my order has been wrong multiple times and the staff is so rude. I always order a matcha latte with oatmilk and every time I get it there’s chunks of powder in the drink. This happens ONLY at this location. I never have this problem anywhere else and the manager Lauren insisted that they can’t blend the drink because it’s a milk alternative and that this is how the drink comes. I assure you sis, the drink isn’t meant to have chunks of matcha powder stuck to the bottom and sides of the cup. You can very easily shake the powder and oatmilk up before adding ice to make sure the powder is actually mixed, or use the blender and idk, maybe just wash it when you’re done….I won’t be coming back to this location for sure. This was actually the only time they refused to mix my drink up after handing it to me with it not mixed so maybe it’s just the manager that’s rude and lazy?

This is my second time having this experience with the big lady who takes order over the intercom. She’s rude as hell. First time I let it go because I thought ok people have bad days or i don’t know. Clearly it is just how she is. She needs to watch how she says things to people. There was a nice black woman who used to take the order and work the first window and made you feel nice and was super friendly. This new woman is not it

We tried to order doughnuts at night from the drive through on Saturday Nov 12th. The lady was rude and cranky. She literally told us that she hardly had any doughnuts when we asked her what she had available. We ended up telling her to just give us a dozen of what she had because it seemed like such a huge inconvenience for her to tell us.Horrible customer service skills.
