The worst place to get anything, the door says they close at 8pm and they have the doors locked at 7 and the crew laughs at people that try to order anything and they intentionally screw up every order. Hire better people that actually care about the customers!

Perhaps the worst Dunkin in the area. They hire people just to have a body in a position. If you cannot make a cup of overpriced coffee correctly then you have other issues.Of course once you go through the drive thru is anybody going to come back and complain. Even if you do they will just say sorry about that and make it over.Management and the corporate office really need to take a look at what goes on here as this is not a good representation of the Dunkin brand.

I pulled into the drive-through about 1:30ish and There was two cars in front of me. I set up the speaker for threeish minutes and then finally someone came on and took my order. I asked for two frozen French vanilla swirls with whip cream. I drive to the window. I sit for another two minutes and then I pay for it and then I sat for another two minutes the girl brings my coffees over and there’s no whip cream on it, and especially when you have more than two people but that’s it for bad news. The GREAT news is I went after work about 730 and I got a medium iced French vanilla swirl made regular I got to the window. My coffee is ready and remind you I had two cars in front of me and I complain to the girl about happened earlier and she hands in my coffee I turn around and I gave them a nice tip because they were quick and there was only two of them
