After waiting in line just to be told I have to go to the pick up line where I was neglected for almost 10 minutes by 5 employees. A woman with glasses & a heart warming smile WHO WASNT ON THE CLOCK HELPED ME! When everyone else avoided me and my food got cold. If it were not for her I would give 1 star. She’s a rockstar.

Today I went to this Dunkin for the first time in quite a while. My food and coffee were good, but the service was fantastic! I noticed the person working in the drive thru was talking quite a bit to the person in front of me, I just thought they must know each other. Turns out, the worker was just so charismatic! He made jokes and overall seemed happy to be there. It definitely brightened my day. Thanks! -Froggers :)

This review is solely about the staff. Always a friendly face and a happy smile, but my favorite, my absolute favorite is Leo!!! He treats you like an old friend he hasn't seen in a while. Always friendly, always smiling. I'd treasure him while you have him because I wouldn't be surprised if someone comes through the drive thru and scoop him up for their own company ? his customer service is bar none

I’ve had awful experiences from regular workers to management. There is absolutely no professionalism. The manager will complain about customers and staff with the place flooded with customers. Just recently the girl working the drive thru is rude, my coffee has not been right, and when they forget to give you a straw and the other items you ordered they give you a hard time. not sure what’s happening lately but I would not recommend

Went there this morning , June 2nd, 2022. Was the only one in line for the drive thru. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side and two orders of hash brown’s , received my bagel not toasted and cream cheese on it , and my hash browns are still currently frozen

Okay I never had a problem before in this store but the last time (last month) was the absolute worst and I'm never going back. I was in the front lobby waiting to be taken care of and being neglected. The person in front of my walked out aggravated and the person before her was waiting 10 minutes. There were 6 people working drive through (I understand that it was busy) but anyone who came by the front area gawked at us and never said anything to anyone that we were waiting. I asked if anyone noticed we were there and an employee that just punched out and was waiting for something turns to me and loudly says (I'm obviously abbreviating ) "STFU Bro !" I turned around and walked out ! No thanks ! No business for you . I tried calling to complain and the phone just rang, I tried multiple times and got the same result. I work hard for my money and I refuse to give it to them.
