The employees seem to only be concerned about how fast they can clear an order in the drive thru, not about being courteous to their drive thru customers or the satisfaction of their customers. If they hate their job so much, then maybe they should find another job so they don't keep making their customers miserable and not wanting to come back.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, it had just gone through and she told me to "loop back around" cause they're on a timer. You can't loop around the building so I asked her where she wanted me to park and she couldn't even give me a straight answer. She ended up telling me to park on the other side of the bushes which is a shared 'driveway' with Honey Dew where cars are coming and going. Also, there were no other cars in line...so d****

I've tried over and over since this is the closest one to me. Lost track of how many times I've been missing donuts I paid for. They like to just throw them all in one bag getting the frosting smeared all over other donuts that shouldn't have frosting too. A storm knocked out my power so I went and ordered coffees with donuts..again I was missing a donut I paid for and the coffee is so bad I had to dump it down the drain. Ridiculous waste of money at this place and the staff is never even polite. So unless you like rude and incorrect service I recommend you find another Dunkin'!

Don't like this Dunkin' never ever does the expresso machine work. If they have 2 people in line it don't work. 4 or 5 times in one month an how freaking hard is it to put whip cream on smh one of the worst ran Dunkin in Taunton.

Friendly staff good service but the cold brew is always sooooo weak it tastes like water. I have had cold brew at bunch of other dunkin locations and its much stronger. I hate paying 4.50 for coffee and i just end up throwing it away.

Front door is usually locked around busy hours. Only way to get service is to go through the drive thru which is usually backed up. Honey dews is right next door with better service.

Young girl at the window is rude and miserable way too early in the morning. I’ve waitressed for many years, fake it. I tried to calmly talk to her about it and she told me I was rude for simply repeating my order after she repeated it because I thought she said it wrong. How am I rude for that?! So she turned her back on me and said yeah ok. No one apologizes anymore and everyone’s angry

Asked for a Mocha ice coffee and got a regular ,waited 15 min. to be served inside then finally went to drive thru.TERRIBLE SERVICE!
