Came here for the first time because I really wanted ramen but didn't want to travel too far for it. We were not disappointed! My pork belly ramen was exactly what I wanted. So delicious! My husband got sushi which he couldn't stop talking about. The owner waited on us and was super attentive and very sweet.

I absolutely love this place. The owner is such a delight, she makes you feel very welcome! The atmosphere is chill and relaxing as well. The food is where they really knock it out of the park though. From the rice plates, to the ramen bowls, to the sushi, it’s all phenomenal. Before Fusion, I had tried so many different types of sushi and couldn’t find any that I actually enjoyed. Well, I came here and tried the Unagi and was completely blown away by how delicious it was! There is a TV in the dining area where you can actually watch the sushi being made from your table, which I loved. If you’re looking for good authentic Asian cuisine, don’t look any further, just try Fusion!!

First time here. Wish we had found it sooner! The sushi roll was delicious and had a lot more crab than other places in it. We had the Ramen and I had recently had the same type elsewhere and it was far better here- a lot more to it and better flavor. My husband said the Sake was the perfect temperature. The woman who runs the place is so nice and helpful. We will be back and hope others give it a try!

First time eating here 2 Orders came to about $45 dollars -pad Thai and curry chicken Nothing about the meal was authentic. Very disappointed comparing to other places. Service was good but this was no where close to a descent meal. Pad Thai had no vegetables, very small portion of eggs and very small pieces of chicken. Fake pad Thai sauce made from? Not sure. Curry Chicken meal- chicken was fried and sauce was terrible. Very disappointed.

Last Saturday, my son suggested we stop in on a whim. He had been there prior and could not stop the praise on how good the food was. He isn't one for lavishing praise unless well deserved. We were warmly greeted by a lady who is the owner. She was a delight, and very nice to converse with. You felt as if you were a regular customer when in my case, I was there for the first time. The place is neat, clean and the interior was perfect. This can be huge deal breaker when table, seat surfaces are sticky, or just not prepped correctly, but not in this case. The music added to the mood. The monitor at the sushi station was fun to watch as the food was prepared carefully by the cook. It was an art form in its own right. With the intent of having food for lunch the next day we ordered a variety of dishes. The spicy tuna roll was the perfect balance of spiciness. The Noodle Bowl had Ribeye steak thinly sliced on the top and an egg. The soup was a delight, the flavor light and delicately balanced. The chicken pad tai with red peppers and scallions was tasty and delicious. The chicken tempura with sesame was another dish that was full flavored without out being over whemling or too strong. I was determined to make eating work with the chop sticks, although western utensils were provided. These dishes were like a spiritual experience. I have been wishing for a place that would bring the "non-Americanized" versions of a culture, and finally found it. Fusion Kitchen exists in the middle of chow mien sandwich territory (only in the greater Taunton area will you find such an abomination as this sandwich - sorry, not sorry). I can't wait to get my chow mien sandwich loving spouse to eat REAL FOOD at Fusion! The only thing I questioned was to why this place was not packed solid on a Saturday, although we were there at 4:30pm and they had just opened for business. More people were arriving as we were leaving. Fusion is a hidden gem!

I don't know why it took me this long to give this place a five star review. I been coming here since I was a kid and it's always great.

We are just wrapping up and I can say I’m sadly surprised. Sad because for years we lived so close but never came in. You are immediately greeted with a smile and friendly face fro. Who I think is the owner. No cocktail menu, just order what you want and they make it.Very sensitive to my tree nut allergy!! Love that she knew some alcohol and mixers have almonds. We started with the home made gyoza, so thin, so plump, such amazing flavor 10/10 and edamame but not spicy cuz wife. The portion was twice what was expected…for both, 8 gyoza and massive bowl of edamame. Perfectly salted btw. Then we tried the fusionkitchen roll. Wow, beautiful presentation, insanely delicious. I was stunned. Fresh fish, crisp tempura, perfectly sauced. Then we share the Pad Thai and Capital Tender Pork Rib. They were so concerned about my allergy that they made the Pad Thai nut free, when I mentioned peanuts were fine they brought the sauce, nuts and sesame seeds. So sweet of her. It was excellent, just what you’d want from Pad Thai without a heavy or greasy feeling. The pork was amazing! Perfect sweet and sour sauce, boneless bits and she made me steamed veggies on the side. The cocktails were delicious and significantly larger than expected. You pay for what you get and this was top quality so don’t expect to pay fast food Chinese prices. This is a very very nice restaurant with excellent quality food.Almost forgot, she gave us, at no charge, an amuse bouche of deliciously pickled veggies. Top notch service and care and the interior was refreshed, clean and smelled great as well as soft calm music playing that made it easy to stick around for longer that we thought we would.Sad I haven’t been here before but will ? be back repeatedly.Parking: Use parking garage after 5. Don’t park in lot across street.
