It's a customer of ours that we swap trailers out for pallets to be refurbished very nice people though the odd man once in a while if he's out there well actually pull the bad trailer out first so I can put the good trailer in with a double handle it always a nice gesture

They have a complete disconnect between their accounting department, sales managers, and sales reps. They posted me twice after receiving payment through their payment portal. Gave no notification that they would be posting me. Gave no notification that they had posted me. In addition their portal does not tell you when the due date is for the invoices. All other suppliers have this information readily viewable for customers on the same portal these guys use. It is unnaceptable and really shows that they could care less of their customers.
