Extremely rude older women working the counter. Was about to buy 10 subs for a get together but I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Unprofessional women commented on my hairstyle before I could even place an order then called me a raggidy bitch when I said that's rude. Hopefully she's fired she is driving away business

Me and my cousins came in with only $5 not expecting much. We had one of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had. The server was also very nice and quite understanding with our shortage of money ?.

Wouldn't give me a cup of ice during a heat wave said I had to pay for it which is understandable if I had any money and the lady was very rude when she said it she said it with contempt in her voice I used to spend a lot of money there will never ever go

They messed up my family’s sandwiches by omitting ingredients in some subs and using old ingredients (aka BROWN GUACAMOLE). Manager/owners argued with me when we took the sandwiches back for replacement, tried blaming my husband. Poor customer service from the older manager couple.

Tell me why I just spent 15 dollars on a trash sub? Please.... nowhere charges 15 dollars for a steak and cheese sub bot even after covid.... now tell me why I get there at 8 guys closed for the night when it doesn't close till 830... burns my first sub doesn't melt cheese on my second sub... doesn't ask me what kind of toppings I want. Just cuts it throws it in a bag and charges me 15 dollars for garbage.... guy was incredibly rude no eye contact several customers came after me I felt bad as one was clearly on something and the next ones that came in were the government funded type I get the city we are in and that its a lot of high people or straight up addicts but dude is in the food industry. You don't get to be rude until it's after closing and people are trying to order. I have managed many kitchens and now a hotel.... this kids behavior is completely unacceptable but also the prices that franchises are allowed to push for garbage fast food is not okay either! I can go to anyplace and get more for less and better. But you're relying on people being to embarrassed not to pay after they order. Subway... go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Put them out of business. I'd support any mom and shop place at 15 dollars a sub. Not a corporate place feeding you garbage.

They said they were open 24 hrs on Sunday but they lied they were closed. I was disappointed. I had to go to dunking donuts that opened 24 hrs for real

Very very rude..... I only went there because I had a coupon that I got in the mail. They immediately told me that was no good. Then I bought a sub for $12. The person actually took some food out of it because it looked like too much apparently. I felt like I was being robbed... I'll never go there again

If I could give negative stars, I would. Visited on 9/2/22 @ 4:09pm. Brought in a coupon from our local mail. I'm not poor, but figured why not use it since it was sent to us. I presented the coupon before ordering, and the male employee said they no longer take coupons in hand "because of inflation." So I asked why they still send them out. He said "do you want the sub or not? It's only like a two dollar difference. I said yes I still wanted it. He made the sub, and then told me as I was cashing out that next time I could use a coupon if I process the order online. I'm 49, and that'll be the day I get disrespect in front of people by some little clown. This is my first negative post EVER!
