The manager was extremely rude when I asked to use the bathroom before I made an order. It's "for customers only".There's also a no refills sign on the self serve drinks station. That just looks trashy.

Terrible experience, when I tried to sit down at a table, I wasn't allowed to. I tried to sit on one side and they wouldn't let me. The food was honestly not good at all, my friend asked for a turkey sandwich and only gave him one slice of turkey, and when he was paying the worker she asked what the money. And the ambiance was terrible the environment was absolutely atrocious, it was really noisy and the workers were not the nicest people the best part of this experience was writing the review. And the cookies are mid I don't even think it was a subway cookie I think it was from a store.

I did the order online pickup in store and they didn’t make the correct sub, it still taste good they just didn’t know what a Cali Turkey was??
The place was very clean, no wait lines, the customer service experience was good, very polite with a nice smile, they seem to be happy and to have a good teamwork, my foot long was prepared exactly as requested, lot of meat and without over telling me: "this is extra, that is extra"... Enough parking space.
Just moved to the area and the first time I eat out I was astounded by the owner and his uncalled for attitude to myself and my family. We went to grab drinks and we were yelled at and pointed to close the drink door (we probably had it open 30 seconds) and I was immediately thrown off at what we were doing wrong. When I got to the counter I ordered a sub that listed it came with tomatoes so I ordered it with no tomatoes and he corrected me aggressively to let me know “that happens down there” pointing to the lady next to him. My son then put his Gatorade on the rim on the glass and we were yelled at to not put a bottle there because it’s glass. This was all within 1.5-2 minutes in line. I cannot even believe this guy and how he acts. Your attitude affects others and if you are that damn miserable find a different job not in customer service! Retire or leave the industry if you hate your job because nobody likes a miserable prick. I’ll never come again!
