TL;DR: this review became much longer than expected. Fantastic quality of ice cream, plentiful amount of flavors to choose from, and friendly service, but wildly inconsistent portion amounts for ice cream sundaes in particular, which are the most expensive item on the menu.The quality of ice cream is definitely above average, the service is always super friendly, and I’m excited they are open through the winter this year. Our family of four loves to get the different ice cream sundaes they offer, but I wish the portion sizes were not so wildly inconsistent.$10+ for one sundae is not inexpensive, and the the amount of ice cream & toppings you get in those large cups is so variable - I guess depending on who makes it.They are also on both DoorDash and Uber Eats and always package delivery orders carefully, which makes for a good alternative if unable to drive that night.Disclaimer: the attached pictures show the low end of the volume inconsistency. I understand that ice cream can settle, especially during delivery, but sometimes even walking away from the in-person counter you feel cheated when <50% of the container is full. The best employees will hit the container on the counter as they are making it to prevent potential settling.Update 12/4/23: I ordered five sundaes and asked for extra cherries on one using the special instructions box - because there is not an option in the drop-down for cherries. Order was delivered without the request accommodated.Based on previous orders, there is a 50% chance I will get extra cherries. When routinely spending >$60 I would expect a higher level of consistency.

Parking is limited and small. I wanted peanut butter sauce and they had not checked and filled the warmer to make sure it was full and prepared for customers orders. After putting in my order they notified me that it was empty and send a young man to check and see if they had any to fill the warmer. He came back with a can but she came back to tell me that it would take quite some time for it to warm up enough for the ice cream. She asked if she could heat up some regular peanut butter, I allowed it but its not the same. It cools off so quickly that its not melty anymore. Very thick. I hope this is a learning review for the ice cream shop.

This early afternoon I bought 4 large orders of ice cream, the girl worked there handed me all the containers without any covers. She even asked me if I needed any ? She didn't fill up the containers. The ice cream were probably filled up to 2/3 of the containers. I never mind how much I had to pay but it was not acceptable serving customers like that. I was always came here and the Acushnet creamery for ice cream. This place is very far from where I live but it never bother me. Today I'm very disappointed and I don't think I will come back here ever again. I wanted to show some photos but couldn't find the option to do it.
