I brought my boys for lunch today. They liked their food (burger and short rib). The chicken nachos platter was extremely disappointing! Very little chicken cut into teeny weeny square pieces, strange! And barely any cheese. Additionally, our appetizers took forever but the restaurant was not even 1/4 occupied. Service was okay-sh, after we paid (we were still eating), the waitress disappeared, we had to reach out to someone else to get a doggy bag.

I went to this place 2 weeks ago like we always do because its my friends kids favorite one, so we ordered the food to: ALEYDENISE who doesn’t have any idea what CLIENTS SERVICE is. We Have to wait so long for food and never bring the kids one so we have to ordered again and wait kore than 30 mnts for kids plate, she just distracted with the others employees, never take dirty plates away we have to ask and she let it on the corner of the table. So i recommend to training employees because we going out to have a good time not a fustrated one.

Service is absolutely retarded, waited 10 minutes for pickup, asked by 3 employees, had to wait 10 minutes even though I arrived when the app told me to.

We are from upstate NY and were visiting Salem. We decided to drive to go have dinner. It wasn't busy, staff was friendly and kind, they seemed short staffed but hustled and bustled to make sure you had what you need, clean restaurant, fresh food!... If I lived closer, it would be a frequent place we'd dine.... Ooh and they had wonton chicken tacos. Ours had been taken off the menu. Made my night! ?
