Among other Domino's around here, their Pizza is the best. All Thanks to the ladies. You Rock!! But the boy taking the orders needs an attitude check. Yes, that one dude with Turkish origin carries loads of attitude. Why? He is no Brad Pitt or Elon Musk.. His attitude is affecting the entire store, employees, domino's credibility and also Pizza lovers. #dominos

Horrible service and rude to my pregnant wife. Called in a delivery took forever my wife had to call 3 times asking where it was. We finally found the driver had left it outside the door at 1030 in late February. By the time she found it the food was very cold. When she called to complain they said "too bad the order says complete and we can't get our money back" offered a free pizza next time we call and no apology. Needless to say we aren't interested in the free pizza. Will never go there again. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere

The nerve to call me and ask, “are you gonna leave a tip”. I always tip in cash and I’m sure a lot of people do. But to call before I even got my cold food is crazy. A tip is a gift, you had to literally drive .4 miles to my house. Y’all need to fix your delulu expectations. Youre dominos not a five star resturant. The same type of people that excpect world class service, because they work in the industry.

Sad they have hours but refuse service due to id assume laziness and not wanting to work until end of house. Realization is your house close at 12:00 a.m. midnight but you refuse service to anyone and all walk ins before. Whe fact at 11:42 p.m asking to place order yes is late but fact your hours are still open and your staff refuses. Fact it takes 8 mins to cook a pizza.

I really like Dominos Pizza but unfortunately I'm going to stop ordering because there is an employee who answers calls for orders and is extremely rude. It's really stressful having to call to order food and having to deal with someone like that. It wasn't just once, it was several times.

the 6 inch sub is not worth the 7.99 price they're charging......pizza is average comparing to other pizza shops

Order for delivery, the order said delivered, it was not it was left on a doorstep somewhere else in the world. Called store and they told me the food was delivered talk to the delivery person. Delivery person sent picture of someone else's door with my food at it. Was sorry, and stated he would reorder the food, but called store again and they said that they would check with the delivery driver and call me back. 30 minutes later called and the manger had no idea about if my order was even being remade. Also, tried to make a claim through the website and the best they would do was give me 20% off my next order.
I love Dominos Tewksbury however came across a horrible employee who was by far the rudest person I have ever dealt at any Dominoes. I asked his name and his response was "I don't feel the need to tell you my name. just park the car where i told you next time". I went there on Sunday 07/16 in the evening around 7ish. These three stars are solely because i love Dominos at Tewksbury. Customer service is also important which seems degrading here.

Felt attacked when the app asked me to give them a review for how the app was working. And the owner of this establishment called me and questioning me on why I gave them a review of 2 stars..... Wow wow lady. As I explained exactly what it asked for she was extremely rude and defensive so hats off to u idk if I'd order here with that comment and calling me up to attack me for the app error

Food is consistently great! Staff is very understanding of our dietary requirements. Staff is warm and professional. If there was any mistake with the order, they immediately caught it and rectified it.
