Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. The women who work there ignore you when you want to place an order at the counter and when they finally get to you it's nothing but rudeness. (Especially the white woman) This place really sucks!!

id give it 0 stars if i could. every time i go inside i stand there for 10 minutes watching the workers take every drive thru order but pay no attention to the front counter. had to leave to go to another dunkins after waiting 10

This Rt. 38 Tewksbury Dunkin is the worst run franchise I've ever had misfortune to experience... There is a pothole in the parking lot that looked like an axle breaker. They pay 5 times as much attention on the drive thru as opposed to the people who actually get up off their ass to come inside... Terrible attitudes to boot... In one word "YUCCCH"

I've been to endless Dunks in the past 30+ years....This Dunks is by far the worst. Especially for EXTREME lack of customer service. With so many locations to choose from, why anybody would ever be a regular customer there is beyond me??!!!

Every time I go to this Dunkin's and attempt to go up front, I can be the first in line and literally 5 minutes goes by before anyone helps me...I stopped going to this one and end up going to the one across the street.....takes them less than a minute to get anything..
Rude inefficient and incompetent employees. Even when they have turnover they hire more rude imbeciles

Outgoing prerecorded message like none I have ever heard "Wellcome to Dunkins we'll be right wit chew" Then you wait...... omg and by then you are trapped and cannot exist the lane. It doesn't matter if you have cars ahead of you. The service is horrible

The coffee was absolutely awful I ordered Charlie with cold foam she put whip cream. She insisted that I ordered whip cream. She was on her phone the entire time taking my order making my order and cashing me out all I can hear on the speaker was her phone the other person talking. She didn’t have a smile worst customer service by this lady working the Night Shift i’m real big on customer service I do not like to post negative reviews but this one was well deserved and needs to be taken care of hopefully the owner sees this

I truly regret eating at Dunks every time... once in awhile my coffee is bomb but the food sucks everytime.... this time the cardboard croissant tasted extra cardboardy, the cheese was so cooked it turned to plastic and the egg weirdly was falling apart. I usually go somewhere else always for breakfast food but once in awhile I get stuck here. My request for sugar packets was greeted with confusion and my initial order taker barked "Anything else" extremely loud after the coffee order and then sandwich order, so I was almost reluctant to ask for extra cheese but because I hate the food here I usually try to drown it out with cheese... BUT overall the feeling of being a bother to the employee will never sit right smh. I need to get a better coffee maker and more eggs this was not worth the $7 something it cost.
