I went here last night with my friends and everything was great till about the end. We had asked the server if she could split the checks, and her response was very rude. She said something along the lines like “Can you guys just do it on one and venmo, i’m way too busy tonight and it will take too much time to split it up, i’m not even suppose to be working tonight i came in to help them, it would be easier for me if you did one payment” I get it was busy, but you can choose when to work, and if a customer asks for something you shouldn’t decline unless you physically can’t. This lady declined just because she was too busy. Not a appropriate answer in my opinion

Stuck in Tewksbury on a Sunday and wanted to waste some time watching the NFL playoffs. Decided on Firewater Tavern because I knew they had plenty of space and a bunch of televisions. I ordered a Guinness and a small nachos with grilled chicken. The nachos were ready in 5 min, which had me skeptical. The chicken was cold, dry and flavorless. The chips could have used some salt. The beer was delicious the staff was great and the game was on the tv. Food was a 1 the rest was a 4.

Bowling was fun! The actual bowling alley aspect was really great, we played for 2 hours and had a blast. We also had some food and drinks that were slightly better than your average bowling alley food. The arcade section was a little run-down - a lot of the games were broken (or partially broken) and clearly hadn't been attended to. We still had fun playing, and collecting our little prizes at the end. The prize selection was pretty good also!

Came for a New Year's Eve event. The ticket supposedly came with VIP bowling for one hour, but they ran out of lanes immediately after starting. Total waste of time and money. Definitely don't bother with any of their lame events.

I've gone there a handful of times, always an issue. Went with my youngest yesterday, 12/26/2023. Had to wait for a lane. Not an issue. Got a text my lane was ready. Went up to the desk and the girl literally ignored me. Kept helping next customer in line. I had to rudely interrupt. Get our lane and 15 mins in, the lane breaks. Have to wait for a repair man but Jess, the manager on duty tells me she can only add 5 mins. She was rude in the way she handled it. Very condescending towards me. I won't be back

Great place to watch the game, especially the Bruins because they play the goal song over the loud speakers. The burger is always delicious. Lots of beers on tap and in bottles. The servers and bartenders are friendly and helpful. They change up their menu and have specials. It's a fun place and they always have some sort of event going on.
I love coming to Wamesit lanes!! But every time im at the 10 pin bowling lanes I never get service. A server is supposed to come over and ask us if we need food/drink and my whole hour and other times 1.5 hours or more I usually don't get service. I tonight thought I had a longer waiting time but it changed to only 25 minutes so I was not able to order food. Which is fine!! So I finished bowling and went to the bar because they were closing the kitchen soon. I then was not served AT THE BAR until the intercom said "the kitchen is now closed" It has been an issue time and time again with the service while it is great, it is inconsistent.

Food was excellent. Staff was great. The bruins were playing and every time they scored they have a horn and lights that go off. It was so fun!!
