Wonderful staff! Our chef was entertaining and skillful. Food was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is fun and friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free meal was prepared separately in the kitchen and brought out when everyone else was being served. Thank you!

We have been eating at Kyoto's for quite some time. Even during Covid, we consistently picked up food from here. The quality of the food has most definitely declined over the years but we never got sick and still enjoyed it so kept ordering because they were local to us. Last week, we had a spectrum magazine coupon that we wanted to use. It was the online printed version (which Spectrum told us we could use) but Kyoto's wouldn't accept it. Being from the same town, we offered to go home and get the printed version from the actual Spectrum magazine but no, that still wasn't going to be accepted. Our order was almost $70, coupon was for $10 off. We thought for sure when we spoke to Nina, the owner, she would resolve for us the next day. But she didn't. Not only that but she had, the woman (who works the front of the restaurant) who gave us the hard time, in her ear in the background. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. So she 100% lost us as customers. I guess she must be doing SO WELL, that she doesn't need us. I mean, the other reviews here state that pretty clearly...not. So bye bye Kyoto and we can't wait to see you close your doors when the new Japanese restaurant moves into town in just a few months! If there is one thing I will never tolerate, it's poor customer service! Ever. Anyone who is looking for the coupons, you can find multiple copies of the Spectrum magazine at both AAA and Harrows, both near the Walmart plaza. I hope you all use them if you're going there anyway! She doesn't deserve people's business and to think of how many people we recommended to go there! How many times I stuck up for her! Both online and in person! However, those same people will now NOT be frequenting her restaurant. Sucks when you screw with long time customers over $10, who also happen to live in town. Byeeeee bye Kyotos! Oh and PS...nobody likes brown, crusty old wasabi...in case you didn't know!

The food is always great! Sushi is fresh, and the pricing is decent. Service is fine, they're usually very busy- which I get, but when the waitresses only come over once out of the entire time you're there it can get a bit frustrating. Atmosphere is ok.

Hibachi dinner came with sides of salad and clear soup, both of which were terrible in taste and salad poor on freshness. Service wasn’t good either. Definitely never eating there again.

Clean. Friendly. Fast attentive servers. Stiff drinks. And the sushi wasn't bad at all

We came here with a reservation for a hibatchi dinner and half of our party was 30 minutes late. The host was extremely friendly and went out of her way to get us a high top by the bar while we waited, and got us in on a hibatchi table when everyone had arrived. Extremely friendly from the hostess to bartender to chef and the food was delicious. Had a great time, and the ambiance of the bar and lounge area was great even on a Tuesday night.

I stopped in here with a friend on a busy Saturday night, and we were seated immediately. We opted to order off the menu rather than do the hibachi experience, so that might have played a role in our not having to wait. The place was pretty packed when we got in around dinner time, and I was shocked to see it so full of people, but they do also have a bar, and I think that that's a major draw for a lot of locals, especially when there's a game on. They have a good amount of seating in the regular dine-in area as well as at the hibachi stations, but I think most people were at the bar that Saturday night, as that was the liveliest portion of the establishment. My friend and I shared the Crab Rangoon and the Gyoza appetizers, and both were really good. As for entrées, I had the Chicken Lo Mein, and it was alright, but the flavor was lacking, in my opinion. My friend's Chicken Pad Thai, on the other hand, was bomb! The serving sizes were also quite large, so that was a nice plus to have leftovers for the following day. Overall, I'd say that the food was average-tasting considering the wide variety of menu options available. Some things were better than others, but I felt that the serving sizes and the service made up for where the food lacked. The wait staff was friendly and attentive during our dinner, so we were in and out of there rather quickly, despite them having a pretty full house. My friend made note that this restaurant mails out coupons to locals in the weekly ads, so I'd say it's definitely worth a try if you have one of those. We had a good dining experience here, and I'd be willing to go back to try more of their menu options.

I will never go back to that dump waitress has no manners whatsoever rude doesn't even begin to describe her rushed everything, forgot items and didn't ask if everything was ok or if we needed refills Menu, bill holder were greasy with dried runs of who knows what Flying insects at the table great ambiance Dump Food was a joke seriously no taste Lots of Gristle in the chicken Lobster sauce like water overcooked shrimp like rubber we should've just left The one time I actually go out with my daughters to enjoy a meal that place made us feel like they could've cared less how they treated you

After an average meal, the check came and when I picked it up a termite crawled on my hand. I flicked it and showed the waitress the termite that was now on the table. Equally appalling was their lack of interest to comp our meal. Wow! This place was a bad decision that won't be repeated.
