Order 6 1/4 pound burgers alla carte just wanted the meat patties they charged me for 6 full burgers and refused to provide a receipt. I’ve ordered this from 15 other McDonald’s and it was half the price everywhere else.

I used to like this location, but their service has deteriorated so drastically. Employees barely paid attention to customers, and I saw this young white male employee SAT ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER WITH DIRTY SHOES ON THE ICE MACHINE WHILE ON HIS PHONE. This must have broken so many safety regulations. I will not come back again.

This used to be a nice family McD's now it's mostly a slow take out. After going here twice and ordering 1 cheeseburger, one fry, and diet coke, I was told to pull over to side and someone will bring my food out to me. 10 minutes later food was brought out. In the meantime 5 cars came and went thru the drive thru. Bring back the old Mcdonalds when they had enough people to do the job. Until then it is easier to drive down the road to Wimington Mc D's.

Seems like they only staff ONE person for the entire restaurant in the evening. That’s a massive risk to the safety of the employee, and the customer. It’s virtually impossible to single-handedly run a kitchen and drive through while maintaining food safety & quality standards. Whoever franchises this place is incredibly greedy.

There at 9:30pm to get an ice cream cone and it was locked up, dining room was definitely not open

This place is just bad. No consistency. Received my order and all the sandwiches all over the place. Top buns half on sandwiches. Ketchup and pickles half on / half falling out. Spicy McChicken had mayo all over the sandwich and had inedible lettuce. French fries under cooked. Absolute no crispiness to them. Does the McDonalds Corporation hold franchisees to any standard?

This Macdonalds has been recently remodeled, and it looks like they might be having staffing issues. I heard while having lunch from the kitchen,"Put your phone down and do your job!" The staff appears to be foreigners. And the work ethics may not be there.
