Mirabellas was always the best and only bakery in Tewksbury, there was no other bakery in town and there did not need to be!! Well this isn't the case anymore, Mirabellas has gone down so much it is so sad and heartbreaking to see. I went in there a couple of times in the last month or so and the shelves were empty, they had no bread and the place looks like it is getting ready to go out of business. They use to be open 6 days a week, now they are there 3-1/2 days. Not sure what is going on with them but we have a new bakery coming to town soon and I for one can't wait to be able to go somewhere else. Mirabellas has lost it's small town charm and l can see the writing on the wall.

The quality was lack luster. The cupcakes and mini pastries were of the same quality as something purchased from market basket. Not a canoli to be seen which was shocking since what was listed as an Italian bakery and "Our assortment of miniature pastry include: canoli" was referenced on the website.

Been going to Mirabella's for years. Better than Mike's in Boston's North End.

I absolutely LOVE Mirabella's Bakery! The pastries are delicious, I love the rum cake and lemon cake. We ordered our holiday pies a week in advance and they have an excellent Covid protocol to keep customers safe. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

I was looking for a place to order a birthday rum cake and found Mirabella's. Great find. The parking in front was easy and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The warm welcome you receive and attention from the owner really shows that she cares about you as a customer and takes pride in her business and the product they offer. Ordering the cake was easy and it was great to be walked through all of the options for decorations and frosting. The cake was ready on time and was exactly what my wife wanted. Moist, all the right layers and the rum wasn't overpowering. I also picked up some cookies when ordering and cupcakes when picking up and they were enjoyed by everyone (especially my son) During my visits I also noticed the frozen food and picked up the frozen Italian calzone and pizza and they were both excellent. The calzone had great flavor and the pizzas crust was fluffy and fresh. I'll definitely be back and recommend supporting this great local business.

I can only guess at the quality and tastiness of the cookies Anita and her team made at our request, but if the way she supported my long distance request, and went above and beyond to get them to our intended front line health care staff, is any indication, this is a business you want to hire in the future.I cannot thank Anita enough for thinking outside (and inside ;-) ) the box to help us thank the folks that took care of our family member in his final years. This is why small businesses rule!!!!

Best Bakery in the Area. We always come here for everything. The cakes and pastries are amazing! The service is great. In the holidays the line goes out the door and they hire a detail. That is how good the food is there. I wish I could give more stars.

So helpful, I ordered a cake kind of last min. The person who helped me was so great, let me sample the frosting. Helped me figure out the best frosting for travel and suggested a cooler. I love their baked goods. I look forward to enjoying the cake I ordered!

For whatever reason most Italian Bakeries in north-eastern USA are basically identical to this one. If you go to them with the expectation of being "wow'ed" you will be disappointed. OR your expectations for pastries is just really not that high. I'm sure they make some things from scratch but they all use the same pre-made frozen dough for certain cookies that they probably all buy from Cisco or some other bakery supply company. Regardless of what anyone at the store might tell you I have seen the same identical cookies in about 4 other Italian/Polish bakeries typical to the NY, CT, etc....The pastries that should be flaky and crisp is instead depressingly mushy because its been sitting in a refrigerated display case all day, The bread options were slim to none (when I was there), and it wasn't exactly cheap either...The cannoli's are average, (this is coming from someone that has worked as a pastry chef/baker and made literally thousands of them by hand.) The shell was mushy (because again, it was in the display case all day probably), it wasn't fully filled, and the filling was way too sweet, almost like they used more sugar than ricotta.

Went here to order an 18th birthday cake for my daughter. Ordered it 4 days before it was to be picked up. The order was taken by a very nice girl, who asked what I wanted it to say and what the decoration should be. I ordered pink, blue, and purple flowers to be on the top along with the message, and musical notes on the sides of the cake, I also paid at that time. When I picked it up this afternoon, the woman who was there brought me out a cake that had no pink flowers and no musical notes. i told her it was supposed to have these things, and she looked at the order slip and said. " you're right. But the cake decorator just left and I can't do it. sorry." So, what was the point of making an order???? She offered no small refund, no compensation, just left me realizing i will never order a cake from here again, and I am advising everyone who does not to pay up front. Wait until you see how they fulfill your order, because they really don't care. And who even bothered to check the slip before they decided the cake was done?? Where's the management?
