No Lunch Menue or Hours? Very Very Limited Dinner Menue and Hours, $8.00 for the Onion Rings Not Worth It, Burgers and Chicken Sandwich are Big and very good also the Fries, Not too Keen with Ketchup Pkgs.$8.00 for mixed drinks, Beers No Tap just Bottles price?. Bar needs more lighting and back lighting and allot of Help and Experienced Employees. They are Going through allot of changes here and at the Hotel. Needs a more Diverse Menue and better Bar Stools at the Bar. Could be a Nice Place with allot of Upgrades.

Food was absolutely terrible. Wings were inedible. The burger was burnt to a crisp and they served me a beer that had a fresh by date of March 2020.

Manager of the hotel (Jim) walks by while I'm eating in his pajamas and no shoes or socks! Seeing his Lamisil toes almost made me lose my lunch. Sorry Victoria's but because you are in the hotel it falls on you as well. Servers however were prompt and polite. Will not come back here until the establishment gets control.

Meh. I'll start off by saying that I booked this room through a Priceline deal and paid about $70. If I had paid more, this review would've been 2 stars. Here's the deal: The pros: --I only interacted with one staff member, but they were polite. --The beds are comfy (there was a desktop placard in the room mentioning they were new, so some of the older reviews of the itchy sheets/bad beds may have been addressed.) --Within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and gas station, if you don't feel like paying the outrageous prices for the room service. ($10 french toast was one item I remembered from their breakfast menu) --The rooms include a microwave, mini-fridge, and are spacious... The cons: --...but are awkwardly laid out. There's a lot of dead space between the bed and the wall. --I inquired about recieving a breakfast voucher upon check-in and the man at the front desk informed me that I hadn't paid 'a free breakfast rate' on my room. So, in other words, you pay extra for the breakfast in your hotel rate :/ That's not exactly "free." --The TV reception kept going in and out. Not enough to seriously disrupt watching a movie, but enough to be annoying. -- The "hot" tub in the pool area was tepid, at best and the jets were sputtering water all over the floor. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it was effectively useless in loosening up my muscles. --The walls are paper thin. I woke up to people opening and closing their doors and could clearly hear people chatting in the hallway. Bottom line: It wasn't terrible (especially since it was so cheap), but I won't be back, either.

Victoria's Restaurant & Pub is located inside of the Holiday Inn-Tewksbury, just of I-495 (MA 133). This restaurant serves a breakfast buffet daily in the restaurant and is closed for lunch. Dinner is served daily from 5 PM to 10 PM in either the restaurant with ample table seating and/or the cozy pub with smaller dining areas and seating up at the full service bar with a few beers on tap and flatscreen TVs. There is also room service available to Holiday Inn guests. The restaurant serves up traditional pub fare of appetizers, wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees (pasta, seafood, steaks, ribs), and dessert. The prices are moderate, most entrees $11-$20, BBQ ribs and ribeye steak dinner $26-$29. I stopped in here for dinner very recently since I had a BOGO free Entertainment Book coupon to use up. The restaurant area was closed, but the separate pub was open. I picked up a food menu and sat myself at a high top table in front of the bar. The bartender walked over and took my order for dinner. I presented the Entertainment coupon which was honored. I ordered two entrees including the Garden Vegetable Penne with Shrimp ($16) with a side salad and the Fish & Chips ($17) with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The food was served in about 20 minutes after ordering. The portions of food were good sized. The side salad had romaine, vine ripe tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, shredded carrots, and bleu cheese dressing on the side. The pasta entrée had al dente penne, tomatoes, mushrooms, and tender shrimp in a rich creamy pesto sauce served with garlic ciabatta toast. The fish & chips had a big piece of deep fried beer battered cod (oily coating), thick chunky mashed potatoes with skins, and a tangy side of cole slaw. I was able to eat most of the food, but had some of the pasta dish boxed to go. The discounted check for two entrees before tip was $18.19. Overall, the food I had was pretty good and the service was efficient.

The server on this morning (10/21/18) was super rude. I told her I needed a menu and she answered me : NO YOU DONT , I’m by myself and I’m doing everything on the restaurant, Then She brought me a pot of coffee ( with an attitude) and it was dirty. Really poor service. Rude
