Highly recommended for families, parties, or nights out. Been multiple times for various occasions and have always had an amazing time. The arcade is great, especially if there’s a wait to bowl, staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the food/drink menu will definitely exceed expectations. Will continue to come back!

I take my son here often for the candlepin bowling and he loves it. I just did his 3rd birthday here and it was great! The food was good & the arcade keeps them entertained as well.

Had my son’s birthday party here. The kid’s had fun but it is way overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the over $800 we spent on the party for $165 worth of bowling, pizza cupcakes and drinks and $5 game cards for the kids. When we arrived the “party host” took us into a room to set up. As we set up an older woman came in and asked aggressively asked if we reserved the room, we said we were having a birthday party she said okay and left. Another person came and said the room was an extra $100, this wasn’t made clear when booking over the phone. Doesn’t make a ton of sense because it is a 2 hour party and apparently you’re supposed to sit in the lanes while you eat the food, do cake etc after bowling. You would think they would want to clear up those lanes to other people. They only gave us 3 lanes for 19 kids and said it’s a max of 7 per lane, but on their website says 6 is the max. I think one lane didn’t even finish a full game in the hour. They also charged us $20 because we brought sherbet cups and handed them out ourselves.Don’t have your kids birthday party here.

This place was pretty coolHave to go again to try their foodPretty good size, ample parking. Love the fact they also have a decent arcade.Lanes were pricey, 68) for reserve (though walk in rental lretty cbeap 28 an hour) but to be fair, never rented a hour or reserve for a bowling lane.Servers were nice and helpful as well.

The food, good God. I wouldn't serve it to my worst enemy. Just gonna be suffering from a terrible case of the runs, wishing you were dead. Specifically the chicken tacos.

Food is awful, other than that good place

So over priced, I’m not sure how families afford this money grab.Pros: clean, I got sprayed by one of the teenagers who work here cleaning the empty lane table next to me. So you know they wipe them down. No one bowled to my right the entire time I played but someone wiped the table down 3 separate times. Interesting. That’s the only pro, cleanliness.Cons: you don’t pay per game, you pay per hour, AND ITS NOT PRO RATED. They have 3 different costs, off peak, peak and super volcanic peak. I guess Tuesday at 3:00 is a peak time? I was asked if I wanted to play for an hour or an hour and a half, not really sure what that meant so I asked about just leaving it open and paying when I’m done. They don’t do that so I said fine and hour and a half I guess. $50, fifty dollars, for one bowler and I have my own shoes. lol wild! I didn’t want to bowl anymore after about an hour, no refunds lol. Should’ve guessed that. One attendant working both the arcade game side of the desk as well as the bowling side, but I counted 6 employees standing in what seems to be their restaurant, I even asked if someone could help me at the desk and their answer was “unnmmmm I don’t know, um let me ask” I eventually left without checking out. Since I already paid, and I couldn’t get a refund, no need to tell anyone right?I’m not sure how they’ve survived, I don’t see the value here. Gimme a run down classic bowling alley where you pay per lane and you’re supporting a small business.

This past Saturday, I booked a couple hours of bowling for my fiancée’s birthday, and I’m sad to say that our experience wasn’t great.Initially, everything was going good. Our server was very attentive and we were having a great time. Then about halfway through our bowling experience, our lane started to glitch out and started giving all the players gutter balls, we were all on separate frames, and the pins kept getting reset randomly. We tried to fix our scores with the edit options available, but this actually made things worse. So we called for a service team member to help us. A couple of team members came over and said that they had the mechanic working on the lane and that this issue happens all the time (a bit concerning that this is a common issue and there hasn’t been any attempts to resolve the technical problems). The mechanic reset the lane and we were told us that everything was fixed. But it was clear by looking at our screen that the problem was not fixed and the same issue continued to happen. The staff ended up shutting down our lane and we were moved to a new lane. This was no problem. However, at this point, we thought that we would have at least had our time reset (since you must pay by the hour), but we received push back by the staff a few times before they eventually reset our time. Then we learned that there was a bigger party scheduled to come on our lane. We learned this when the front desk sent them to bowl on our lane… and this caused confusion for us and the other party. We would have been totally fine with leaving early if we were refunded for the time we did not get to bowl due to the technical issues. But no such offer was suggested by the staff, so we planned on bowling for the time we paid for. Then the other party was put on the lane that we were experiencing issues with, only to have their very first frame have the same exact technical issues. The manager and assistant manager did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue with us or the bigger party, and we were given dirty looks by the entire staff as we finished our game and proceeded to leave. It is safe to say that we will not return to Wamesit Lanes. There were so many opportunities the staff could have improved our experience - refund us (or give us a credit) for the half an hour we didn’t get to bowl, offer a free appetizer or drinks for the inconvenience… apologize for the inconvenience and not give us dirty looks as we left the facility. We understand that the technical issues were not anyone’s fault, but the attitude and lack of customer service is what really caused our bad experience with Wamesit Lanes. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because our server at the time was the only individual who was kind and respectful to us. And she was very attentive despite it being a very busy Saturday. If anything comes out of this post, I hope it can be a learning opportunity for the staff on how to better manage these situations.

The wait time at the desk is way too long.Never enough staff on duty.

Went on a Saturday. 80% of the arcade games weren't working. And not 1 employee would try and address it

Our family would like to express a huge thank you to Wamesit Lanes for hosting a Sensory Free Day this afternoon. Liam had an amazing time and the organization and helpfulness of your staff could not be overstated. This was a really special thing you did and it was genuinely appreciated!! ???
