Finally tried a Tewksbury staple last weekend and despite everything going on, I was satisfied! The menu is HUGE, and not at all limited during this time. I had a hard time figuring out what to try, and i appreciate the vegetarian section. I ended up getting the salmon skewer with grilled vegetables. I was disappointed the salmon wasn't literally on a skewer, but that's trivial. It's not a bad price for a slab of salmon--about $12 with veggies--and the salmon was cooked well. The veggies came in huge slices, and I tried eating a large slice of onion but couldn't bring myself to finish them. The mushrooms and cherry tomatoes were good though. The pita was large and delicious. I really want to try the falafel wrap and plate next!

The meat was well seasoned and very tender. We enjoyed every bite. We ordered on ezcater so it was delivered on time also.

Food = delicious. But prepare to DOUBLE & TRIPLE check your order before leaving and eat it cold/reheat it when you get home because of lack of quick/efficient service. I've gotta agree with the other reviews regarding not ordering on a Friday night because they just don't have their s**t together. I placed an online order at 5:50pm for (2) beef/lamb skewer meals with a side of grilled veggies and fries for pick-up at 6:20pm. I arrived at 6:20pm and my order wasn't ready yet. Proceeded to wait 5 minutes, then was handed a huge order of family-style skewers (not what I ordered). The guy took them back from me and gave me what he said was the "correct" order, which was again wrong: missing a whole entree. I then waited 15 more minutes in the hotter-than-hell restaurant (which has tables to dine-in, but only the devil himself would be comfortable eating in), and was finally given my missing entree, in which everything was thrown in one styrofoam box together---my side of fries were soggy and gross when I got home. For $15 for a 2-skewer plate, I expect fresh and hot food! Overall, the beef & lamb skewers have delicious flavor, fries (when properly delivered) are crisp and fresh, but the service/execution is SEVERELY lacking. They either need to hire more help and/or get a bigger kitchen (and preferably add in an A/C unit) if they want to keep customers coming back for more.

Do not order from them on Friday evenings. They are too busy to handle the orders. One time I called on a Friday and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Tonight I called in my order, I waited the 20 minutes and stood in line for 10 minutes in a 110 degree restaurant all to find out they never put my order in. The cashier said he would put it in now. I said I wasn't waiting another 20 minutes and he said ok. I left. It is a shame they cannot handle the busy times because I like their food. If you do order on a Friday night just do it online so it documents the order.

Skewers is an interesting idea. It is basically a greek theme. I ordered the salmon skewers, and the fish and roasted veggie side was delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rice pilaf was uninspired. Everything is served on disposable plates, plastic cutlery, etc. Drinks from a cooler (plus a self serve water dispenser). I thought that the place was not that clean.

I never want to eat here again it's was awful it took 30 minutes to get my entire order and it was hot and miserable in there I almost passed out in there because of how hot it was in there I was sweating with in a minute and DO NOT EAT THERE TAKE YOUR FOOD OUT ITS WICKED HOT IN THERE I don't know how the workers can stand working in that heat I 100% disagree with the kid friendly it's more like kid torture it's was close to 100 when I was in there this place deserves to be shut down because there was flies every where the tables where not clean and there was food a ton of food on the floor and the table where sticky I was sticking to the table with in 15 seconds of sitting down

Love everything about Skewer's from the food to the service it is always top notch. I'm a huge fan of the Falafels, the skewers, the village salad and the ribs. Delicious every time!

Great food, in a friendly atmosphere. The service is quick and the food is high quality! Try the avgolemono soup, and top your salad with a lamb skewer for a tasty fresh treat. They have the most fresh french fries, too.

Do not order from these guys online. They do not have their act together. I ordered tonight from their website and waited at home for one hour and forty-five minutes. I just called and they have no record of my order despite my PayPal account being charged. I just called and they said they may credit my account. Wait what? No food, wait, yet you may still charge me? Come on. Get your act together!
Ordered a classic gyro for dinner tonight. Got it home after a wait to pick up and had to throw it away, as there was a long black hair wrapped into the middle.

Staying with family in the area we ordered take out from Skewer’s. The food was ample and tasty. We had Gyros and baby back ribs and Swordfish, sides were salad baked beans, and fries. The backed beans were actually green beans with tomato and not very good. Everything thing else was good.

I absolutely love the food here! It's where I go for the lamb kabobs. I usually do take out, but I've also eaten inside. They do a good lunch crowd, but are open on the weekends too. Try it!!!

Love going to Skewer's! The food always tastes great and the management are really nice people! The meats are flavorful, and I especially like the lamb skewers and the avgolemono (egg-lemon soup). Also, the cheese-dough balls are great fresh out of the oven. Will keep coming for more!
