I called from NH after looking for over an hour for a last minute cupcake delivery for a VERY sick family member coming home from the hospital. Topsfeild Bake shop went above and beyond to help and deliver. Once they were delivered my family group text went on for hours as to how delicious and delighted they were with the delivery process. The photo they sent me was beyond what I expected especially for last minute. I can’t wait to stop in and buy some goodies next time I am in town!

My husband and I used Topsfield Bakeshop to design our wedding cake. Everyone there was so kind and communicated all parts of the process with us. They listened to our suggestions and our cake looked exactly like the inspiration picture we showed them. On the day of the wedding they delivered our cake & pastries to the venue, as well as set everything up beautifully. Also, most importantly everything was absolutely delicious! Our guests kept asking us where we got our cake because it was so good! We highly recommend Topsfield Bakeshop for any of your events. We will be using them again!

The Whoopie Wagon, part of the Topsfield Bakeshop is a delicious treat, incredible value and their service is top notch. I have ordered 5 gift deliveries from them over the last 3 years - 3 of them were just ordered last week. The whoopie pies are fresh, there are so many flavors, and they offer woofie pies for dogs too! I ordered for PreK teacher gift (they loved them!), for a colleague who was promoted (she and her family devoured them!) and I've just ordered for holiday gifts for my Mom (lives out of state), and two friends (also out of state) one of whom has two dogs so I ordered the woofie pies too. I messed up on one of the addresses and Alex was so helpful. Their service via email was amazing and super responsive before I messed up the address but after I realized my mistake, they were beyond helpful and responsive after hours (shout out to Mary too!). I can't wait for my Mom and friends to receive their treats and enjoy the deliciousness.

This is a review strictly for the business and not the cakes. I had emailed and talked on the phone with the event manager yesterday about wanting a small cutting cake for my wedding. She assured me the date was available but said to call back ASAP for the deposit (which you can only pay over phone). I emailed her back saying I would call her the next business day as the business day had ended when I received her message. She emailed me the next morning at 8:45 AM saying no problem there was still availability. I called at 11:15AM that same morning and was told I would be called back. I had already agreed to price and sent over images of desired cake. At 12:30 PM I was called back to tell me that they could no longer accommodate me and my date, after emailing me 3 hours prior saying that they could. I had also made it clear in my email last night I would be calling this morning. I understand that this business is a first come first serve basis but we already had communication in the works. Additionally, if it is first come first serve, there needs to be an option to pay a deposit electronically. Very disappointed.

My husband and I used Topsfield Bakeshop this last April for treats for our rehearsal lunch and then our wedding cake and I cannot recommend them enough!! Fiona was an absolute dream to work with. She easily accommodated all of our requests. The flavors they have to choose from are AMAZING and so elevated compared to other places, especially for wedding cakes! The cake was delicious, we got nothing but incredible feedback from all our guests that they loved the cake flavors (we did margarita and the vienna torte). Seriously don't hesitate to order with Topsfield for all of your cake and bakery needs!!

I love their whoopie pies and have for years but ever since they moved to the new location their whoopie pies have had a chemical/plastic aftertaste. I've seen a couple other review saying the same thing and it's such a bummer cause they have amazing flavors. It's been a few months since last I tried them and I gave them a chance today. They still had the chemical taste and I was bummed since I bought a box of 6 for my family. Just bummed after spending $30 to have no one want to eat them

Terrific find! Really nice staff who were helpful with proper whoppie pie selection. Clean, available public restroom (for customers). Very cool tables and bright, welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to return.

The Bakeshop was absolutely fabulous to work with! Coordinating with Fiona and her team was super straightforward and low stress, and we were blown away by how lovely the cake turned out. They were even able to include our pup statuette! The tasting box was a great touch - lots of fun to pick out flavors. We’re so happy that they were able to take our chaotic ideas and distill them down into a gorgeous piece for our wedding. Definitely recommend stopping in as well (as we did a few times!) for tasty treats ✨
