There’s an employee named Demy and a small blonde girl who make this my favorite location to visit after work. The two are a riot and always go out of their way to make every dollar spent worth it. However, the few times I have gone here in the morning I have not had the same experience. The staff are rude and careless. I have to double check my order everytime I come through and I almost always have something missing or something I did not order.
This is probably the most genuinely nice Dunkin staff I've ever encountered. The team is always friendly and goes out of their way, which is definitely saying something. I still remember getting my credit card handed back to me and the crew member saying "have a nice day Frank" because they took the time to read my name

It's convenient, Dunkin is everywhere. Not much else to say. Coffee is bland and there's not much for dark roast options, food is mediocre at best, and the donuts are not made in house, always arriving less than fresh from a warehouse. I recommend finding a mom and pop alternative.
