Drink was pretty...but...no buzz...I should have had one. Kinda felt you were in someone's home with all the family walking around in and out of the kitchen. It lacked professionalism. Guess it's all in the culture. I am SO AMERICAN and OLD SCHOOL.
First time at Maya's was a fun experience. It was quite busy on a Friday evening, our wait was about 20 minutes so we headed to the bar area and ordered MAYA'S ultimate margaritas made with freshly squeezed lime juice (not a lime mix like many restaurants use). Small but mighty. Unassuming little spot that serves fresh, delicious food. Service was great with our large group. The guacamole was the best I have ever had in a restaurant that wasn't in California or Texas. Margaritas are large and strong!
