I went to the store months ago to order my daughter's birthday cake. I showed and emailed the store the cake how I want to be. The person who took my order stated the name has to be on the cake in the front, which I understand and is fine. However, the pictures I showed to her VS, the cake I received today, are totally different. The chocolate layer is gone, and she paved my cake all white instead. That is not how I wanted to be and charged for 70 bucks for something I didn't expect to have. It's such disappointing, and if it is too much work for you to make the chocolate layer, let me know, and I can go somewhere else.

I ordered from Coppycakes based on all the glowing reviews online but I was highly disappointed with my experience here in 2 aspects:1) Customer Service - I initially emailed the bakery for a birthday cake and never received a response so I decided to call. During the call I was told my order would come out to $75 even though on the website it stated $35. When asked about the pricing I was told it was for decorations even though I never ordered any decorations that I didn’t request. Eventually we negotiated to $40 dollars since I had no decorations.2) Disappointing Product - When we were ready to cut the cake it was like trying to cut into cement. The cake was so stale and old and it tasted like it as well. We ordered Nutella flavor but it tasted like a stick of hard butter with a bit of chocolate flavor.Maybe I was a one off but this experience has put me off so I won’t be ordering from here again. I’m not telling others not to. I’m just sharing my experience.

Coppycakes does it again! This is the second time I've ordered a custom cake and am very impressed by the quality and artistry! First time I ordered dinosaur cupcakes. They came out amazing!! Second time, I ordered a Ninja Ryan cake. Ninja Ryan is my son's favorite from Ryan's World show. It was unsure that anyone would be able to create one. The baker looked him up on the internet and nailed it! It was so cool and original! My son loved the cake. Coppycakes is a hidden gem and a wonderful addition to downtown Wakefield.

We were searching for a local business to support and we found Coppycakes via a google search. We ordered a half sheet served our 40 guests and we had a ton of cake left over. I cannot wait to eat the leftovers!!! They did a wonderful job! The design was amazing and the taste of the cake was fresh and delectable. I encourage you to give them a try!!!
