Wow, I got the fish and chips and it was over cooked and smelled like ammonia. So it wasn't fresh to say the least. Other people in my party ordered the chicken, broccoli and ziti and the chicken was tough.

Is it possible to give zero stars? Went here for dinner tonight against my better judgement as I've never had a great experience and the food is mediocre at best. We ordered our food almost immediately then sat there for 45 minutes just waiting. The waiter walked by so many times, never acknowledged us again and never even offered to refill our drinks. Finally I asked if the food would be out soon. He said he just checked in the kitchen and it was "emerging right now." Well, it never came. Finally we just got up and left. The waiter saw this happening and didn't have any explanation for why he lied about our food coming out. I let the manager know, he was apologetic but after waiting that long for food that never came it rang hollow. Needless to say this was the final straw which confirmed I will never have to eat here again or order takeout (which has always been disappointing as well.) So despite a terrible experience at least I know for sure to take Conrad's off of our list of places to eat forever (this goes for the Walpole and Norwood locations).
Besides the keno tvs (on walls and also in the inner side hugging booths) and great drink options....YOU ARE HERE for the STEAK TIPS.The mashed potatoes are so light....(I am really still thinking about how they do it and i make great mashed). The green beans were perfect, again STEAK TIPS... oh btw and they are also available to go raw by the pound if you're trying to beat their charboiled perfection
