Appetizers and Lobster Sauce are excellent. I asked for slight modifications on luncheon specials and they were fulfilled readily.

This review is based on my initial visit. Restaurant was clean, older furniture and decor that gave you a nostalgic feeling. I sat on the lounge side. The bartender Ming was a one man show. He did a good job managing all the orders from that side. Older crowd at the bar. Everyone appeared friendly. My chair was probably as old as I am. It was also very comfortable and relaxing. The one thing that really matters is the food! When try out new to me places, there are some staples that I get.Hot and Sour Soup was old school, had a very nice flavor with a kick to make your eyes water. Highly recommend!Egg Rolls are some of the best of the best. Traditional New England/Polynesian recipe that is heavy on celery and pork with a crispy outer layer. These are a must!Spareribs on the bone were meaty, tender while having a crisp on the outside, and full of flavor. Absolutely delicious!!Beef Teriyaki was moist, marinated throughout and very tasty. Very much recommend!Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was some of the darkest that I have had. The sauce was very much like the Lobster Sauce we grew up on. Had a very nice flavor to it. The Shrimp were only about 30 seconds overcooked but were still delicious. Also very much recommend this dish! For an old school place my only complaint was they didn't have hot tea. I don't think I got a Fortune cookie either. Overall it was a nice experience. Not a fancy night out, but good old school Chinese food in a happy atmosphere. Excited to try some of their other dishes.

Was our go to place for Chinese in Walpole. However last nights dinner was the worst. Food label on pepper, and we ordered chicken pad Thai but received something different. Yellowish chicken, bean sprouts and noodles. It certainly didn’t even come close to tasting like a pad Thai.

My fiance and I have tried a lot of different Chinese food places around, and we think this one is the best overall. Some places have one really good thing, while all the rest is subpar, but Eastern Pearl is great for all the things we like.

I ordered a takeout dinner for two. The service was prompt and the attendant was wonderfully courteous. The food was delicious and hot even after a ten minute drive home.
Great food, and friendly service. Our family gets take out often and they never disappoint

Friendly people but the food was bland, the chicken chow mein had no flavor and the fried rice was also very underwhelming. The crab rangoons and the spare ribs weren’t bad, but nothing special.Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place for Chinese

Been here multiple times. Food is decent. Service is terrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Bartender might need some help since since she is the one taking orders, keno, making drinks all by herself. I understand that can be stressful to do by yourself but there is no need to be extremely rude and snappy to those not considered regulars at the restaurant. She wouldn’t hesitate to serve and check in with her regulars but that’s not what customer service is about. You should be treating all customers with respect.
