“Another classy dinner out right here in Norwood. When told we were celebrating a special occasion, the waiter brought complementary dessert with a personalized message in chocolate sauce calligraphy (One Bistro has a pastry chef)! Salads are generous, so we split one; I had shrimp scampi because I like the rock shrimp they have. My date enjoyed the steak frites, and brought home about half for lunch the next day. Many people there had never tried vegan desserts before, and we have some picky eaters in our family and friend circle, but every single person was quick to try everything and raved about how delicious they were! Baby Max loved his first ever taste of cake, and he must've eaten almost a dozen of the banana crumble muffins himself lol I highly recommend those. “The sheer undertaking of a full-scale bakery and cafe with all traditional offerings but fully gluten-free is impressive.The sandwich bread was quite dense, and the tacos were obviously gluten free (not the exact taste or texture of traditional flour tortillas) but eveyrthing was delicious, and the lovely green and vibrant decor was beautiful.I also tried a chocolate chip cookie.You couldn’t tell that was gluten free.Highly recommend!“
“As a celiac bride, I was worried that any cake safe for me would be unappealing to our guests. I’m so glad to be so wrong! Addie was super helpful at the tasting and made us an adorable cake to cut. We ordered lots of different flavors of mini cupcakes for our guests and they were such a huge hit that we didn’t get any! They were gone in ~30 seconds! Order more than you think you need, we probably could have gotten double what we ordered.“
“I love Blue Moon Cafe so much. The vibe in here is always so welcoming. The staff is wonderful as well. Aside from bagels they have a huge selection of baked goods and amazing sandwiches. They have vegan cream cheese. My favorite is the “Montreal Bagel” that is an egg bagel with poppy seeds in the dough, and sesames on top. And the “Big Blue Bagel” which is a plain blue swirled bagel. The proceeds from this bagel go to a local Medfield charity. The coffee is also delicious!“
“My sister and I decided to dine out. And we had amazing time last night. It started with the atmosphere. Inside the restaurant was beautiful . Our waitress was Kimberly S. She was friendly and professional. I'm a foodie.... So let talk about food?? So, I had salad name Insalata di Spinaci was so gooood delicious. Short Rib Gnocchi was my main course. My first time trying it. Beautiful presentation. But don't like the texture. I know That it would be so soft. Kimberly S ask do I like it and I told her no. But I will keep it. Because I don't them to wasted. So she went and told Dami. Dami is the The manager at the restaurant. She came and asked again can she get me something different I explain to her why Im willing to keep it . As I just came back from a mission in South Africa. And saw some many people without food. And it breaks my heart to waste food. She understood my feeling and allow me to take the food to give to a homeless person. Then, Dami convinced me to get a different pasta dish name Fettuccine alla Bolognese. This was so good and I was very happy that she convince me to try it. ?? So my sister enjoyed Arancini ball dish with pink vodka sauce which was amazing. We both will order this next time we come. My sister main dish was salmon with a creamy rice sauce and artichokes. She said it was good. After eating all this...We decided on cannolis and tiramisu as our dessert. Then, Dami the manger came out with a big dessert platter. That surprised us with cannolis had a delicious creamy inside, and tiramisu was delicious. Which is one of my favorite dessert. She also add a slice of cheesecake with a blueberry sauce. Yummy Yummy! “Very good gluten-free options, including thin crusty pizza. I was there on a Sunday night with a large group, and we had tons of food and wine, all good.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options.Dietary restrictions: They are very good at separating out gluten-free foods.“
