Super slow for walk in service.

Unfortunately, a cup of Tortilla soup was missing from our order. We mentioned it to our server, but we never got it. When we were done eating, we asked for our check and had the soup removed, we left unsastified with the kitchen or who is supposed to make sure customers get what they ordered.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. They always mess up my order even when I call to verify they still never can get it right. Do not recommend this location. Horrible service.

Rude they treat you as if you're inconsequential! They're all about their drive-thru!!! I've been to Starbucks in five countries and from Massachusetts to California and I have never been treated this poorly. I've been a fan of Starbucks since they first came to Boston but no more!

I once in a blue moon go to Starbucks. Maybe you shouldn't go on a Saturday around 1ish. I don't know, but I was literally trapped in the parking lot for over twenty minutes. As were the people in their parking spaces trying to get out. I've never seen anything like this before. For that reason I'd never go back to this particular Starbucks. They didn't know my order when I got to the window which no surprise since they were insanely busy. My large caramel macchiato was fine.

I ordered a hot, black coffee, in the store. Twenty minutes later, I was still waiting because the staff was completely focused on pick up and drive-thru orders. Hard to believe it took so long to fill an order for literally the simplest thing on a Starbucks menu.Beyond that, it's a Starbucks. Nothing special. The music was loud enough to make conversation difficult.

Always a good time here but....they should put silencers on the chairs bcuz they are SOO NOISY when you drag them in & out to sit. Its distracting. ?

Honestly a great location with an AMAZING barista! I wish I caught her name but the one who helped me was so friendly and warm. She also made my mocha PERFECTLY and was so sweet. Think her name was Autumn or Summer? Anytime I pass through, I will make sure to stop at THIS Starbucks since she made my day so much better.

Staff assured me there is no added sugar in the matcha latte. Yes, I should have done my own research. Thankfully I'm not diabetic. There is 28 grams of added sugar in their serving of matcha tea powder which is actually tazo ground tea leaves, not real ceremonial matcha. It's a shame not to be able to trust what's at the corner of every block. Stay healthy all!
