For many years I have ordered food here. always to pick up even for large family parties. Already twice and now the last time the person who answers the phone is extremely rude and hangs up on you if you want to change something at your order. It is unfortunate that they have changed for the worse. On one occasion they gave my brother-in-law an extra plate of food that was not his and they called him calling him a thief and that they would put a photo of him on their social networks. when they don't put a name to any order, and it's obvious that he has no control over that. Buy at your own risk

Don’t order through door dash.. you pay fees and a delivery driver when 3 fortunes has their own. Asked for food between 7 and 720. Food showed up before that time so it sat outside for 30 minutes. Now food is cold. Service is terrible. Do not eat here.

I have ordered takeout from here for years. The food is good if you are looking for the standard Chinese offerings. The customer service however is horrendous! Anytime you ask a question or want to change something the individual on the phone is horribly rude. Last evening i chose pick up by accident and after an hour called to see the status of my food. When I questioned this and asked to change to delivery the woman yelled and hung up on me. Then the man who delivers kept saying we busy we busy and asked for 3 dollar delivery charge. He didn’t acknowledge her rudeness. Really disappointing. This happened a a few times now (the rudeness) and whether there is a language barrier or not it’s unacceptable in the food industry.

Very good lunch specials. Fresh ingredients and substantial portions. Fried rice is excellent. Delivery is timely and food was piping hot. Definitely will order take-out delivery from 3 Fortunes again.

Terrible service, absolutely disrespectful for towards people with a language barrier. I saw the worker come from the back and start yelling at this poor man telling him not to order from this place because he can't speak English. Even though there was a translator on the phone. After yelling at the man I witnessed him insert the card she took the card machine back and gave herself tip of almost double the price of the food. I only was able to notice because I speak Spanish and heard him say that he was confused why the value on the receipt was almost the same price at the food. That is absolutely ridiculous for someone to take money from someone who doesn't understand what's happening after yelling at them for not to come back again because he was to complicated. I personally don't believe a business allowing this behavior is appropriate.

Food was good but wow the guy who answers the phone is AWFUL I clearly said what I wanted and repeated it and I got sent food that I just happen to be very allergic too ! and when I called to let him know, I would like the order that I originally wanted and I will give him back the food they sent me. He started yelling at me and laughing at me, telling me that I made the mistake and that there’s nothing he can do and I said that I would tip the driver again if they brought me the correct order, he ended up bringing me the food but even the delivery driver was rude as well I payed alot so honestly it shouldn’t of been a problem for him to just switch foods to accommodate the customerLiterally argued with this guy for 10 min. :/

Nasty and burnt food with a touch of rudeness. So I ordered my food prior to closing. Immediately 5 minutes later, I called multiple times to advised them my order was completely wrong. The food was burnt, the shrimp fried order became chicken fried and the chicken order didn't make it to me. I called multiple times and left messages. The Monday after, I called again. Then Tuesday my husband asked me to order Chinese but make sure the food is correct. I called to advised them of the order from Sunday, the lady who answered was like well I didn't work Sunday and don't understand. I was like my food was burnt and didn't get the order I placed. She said I don't understand and hung up. If you don't understand customer service- hire a call center to place the order. But this lady is always rude. It doesn't matter what mood you're in, this heifer is naturally rude. Not only she hung up but she understood enough to tell her husband to call me. Then he tried the same bullshit I don't understand bs. The, open line of communication is important in any business. They just love to be nasty. But without customers that trashy none authentic Chinese food wouldn't sell. It amazes how they assume that nasty food they sell actually is worth it. Personally, I will never do business with again. They are too damn rude. When it's not nasty left all day food, it's burnt or uncooked rice. Let's not get into that. They don't have to worry I can take my business elsewhere. I'll make the drive to Brighton or Boston. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to that nasty place not so tasty Chinese food. I would have been better ordering Mexican across the street. Don't waste your money. That's why they're always no customer in line for take out compared to the other restaurants in the area. So not worth doing business with.
