I go to this marvelous place from time to time because I enjoy the special air that is outline this place. The personel is highly friendly and qualified. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Also, the food they serve is first-rate. I ate there often and I was never disappointed. The pay is reasobable. I highly suggest this restaurant to my friends and family.

We go to Bison County every Tuesday for trivia night, and it is always a great experience! The staff are super friendly and personable, they remember our names and our "usuals". The beer selection is fantastic and regularly rotating. The BBQ food is spectacular.. my favorites are the bison shepherds pie, mac and cheese, brisket burnt ends, and chicken & waffles. And in terms of trivia spots, this is the best I have found by far. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

A 3.5 star rating on this place is so disingenuous.. Bison County is an absolute find in the BBQ scene. The wings are smoked to incredible perfection, the BBQ plates, albeit pricey, are worth every penny. The people complaining on here are probably used to their dad cooking them well done steaks on a Tuesday night after a long day of pushing shopping carts around a Shaw's parking lot. Go to Bison County, you won't be disappointed.
