Very unprofessional business practice , I get wings every couple of weeks from Bonchon but this branch’s employees are very unprofessional, employee asked me what I am there for , I said I am gonna place an order . After that she just turned around and left without taking my order even though there was no line ( I can understand if the restaurant is busy or kitchen is busy but that one was nothing but rudeness ), taking order should take only couple seconds while you asked me in front of the computer. I haven’t seen that unprofessional service in other bonchon’s but that one .

Disappointed in the chicken. I'd be glad to remove this if you make me some good chicken like how you guys used to. It's sad how bad it is smh. Got boneless one box of 30

Staff were patient and accommodating. Food wasn’t bad. Place was clean. I had the sliders and the tenders. Nothing really stood out as wow but nothing stood out as terrible. I would recommend but wouldn’t be at the top of my list.

Bonchon changed their recipe lately. It is of course a matter of taste, but I liked their old recipe much better. What irks me more, is that they reduced the size of the boneless wings: instead of size one gets pretty much everywhere, it was more of the chicken nugget

Bulgogi... I'd never heard of it before, but I had to try it and not I'm addicted! The quality of the food combined with the amazing staff give me the confidence to try new things, like bibimbap, chicken katsu, their new sauce, and of course the bulgogi! The staff here are all super nice, not just one of two of them. After 5 visits I haven't ever had a negative experience. The fried chicken strips with seasoned fries and bulgogi are our go-to order and you simply can't go wrong trying other items. We try something new every time.Parking: Park on the street or in a public lot on side street.

Ordered at 9am for 530pm pick up. Still standing here at 615pm. Don’t bother

Parking is a pain, you'll certainly need to double check to make sure your order was made correct, and the price will take a few years off of your life. It's still worth a few trips or more, regardless of the consequences.

As someone who's been eating Bonchon almost a decade, I have to say I'm very disappointed. The recipe has definitely changed and the wings are smaller than they used to be. Don't give me the wrong The food is still decent but nowhere near the mind-blowing experience that you got years ago.

Great fried chicken. Glad they included the calorie counts on the menu, otherwise I would've eaten way more. Also, clean bathroom.

They packed the wrong chicken in my order and labeled it. They then tried to act like I was wrong then they realized that they even confirmed it. The person I spoke with John/Jon offered me a credit next time as I have an 8 year old and can’t just drive back to Waltham. However gave me no code, no way to access it other than saying the name Jon/John. He wouldn’t even give me a last name or initial as That is a VERY common name. Beware of their poor business practices

Is the Korean fried chicken still double fried? It wasn't as crispy as before and it felt like normal fried chicken. It was still good otherwise. Maybe because I was coming from Framingham and it was ready long before I got there and it wasn't as fresh.
