Held an event here in their semi-private lounge space. The food was excellent, service impeccable, and atmosphere was fun and energetic. It's in a great location as well. We will be holding many future events here!

Nice atmosphere. Staff hustles. But basically a rip off for the beer card. How can just 2 beers cost $44.48 when I returned the card? I would have reached out directly to you, but there is no email address or contact on your website. Lame.

I have now used Craft Food Halls City Point twice for corporate events. One for a function on-site and another catered at our main office. Both times were exceptional! I worked directly with both Vinny and Ally and their service was top notch! The food is amazing! The atmosphere of the location is fantastic and fun! I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun night or for lunch as well as having an event! Thank you all again for top tier service!

Man, what an awesome place to try all different kinds of beer and get some pretty fancy food! Like everything on their menu is great, but the pizza, wings, and steak?? Oh man, it's on another level. THEY HAVE A BEER WALL that allows you to pour your OWN drinks and charge by the oz, so you can only pay to try small amounts of multiple kinds of beer, ciders, and wine.A really awesome place.. the staff are great and always eager to help, and the buildings location has a beautiful deck up above the parking lot that allows you to see an awesome view of the business district. Then literally on the other side of the building is forest.. it's awesome. Def have to check this place out!Vegetarian options: Have an entire menu dedicated to vegetarian options. Even have Vegan.Dietary restrictions: Everything. Peanut allergies, nuts, fish, you name it. Super healthy place to eat.Parking: Very open parking lot in a giant areaKid-friendliness: Kids love it here. They have a ping pong table and a lounge with tvWheelchair accessibility: One large ramp to get access up and very wide doors

Sam provided the best service I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, his attentiveness and warm hospitality made me feel truly valued. He went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Sam is an exceptional manager, and I highly recommend his service.

Met with several friends here for lunch recently. Food was good.Though ordering was a little complicated, staff helped out some of the tech-impaired. I like that I can get beer by the ounce, allowing me to try different beer without committing to drink a whole pint.

I am so happy I got introduced to this place! Came here with my lab group for a company meal and was in for a great surprise. The food hall is quite spacious, with areas to play ping pong, pool, and other fun games. There's spaces to lounge and hang out, perfect for large parties. The staff was also friendly, showing us how to use the beer tap. They give you a card that you put above a tap, and the drink is charged per pour. They also have a small bar as well with seasonal cocktails. The pretzel bites were superb, definitely order as an appetizer. Everything was seasoned well, besides the korean noodles which i found to be quite salty and mediocre compared to everything else. Give this place a try, I will for sure return!

As my 11yo observed, this is the opposite of "craft" food. It's an office park cafeteria, basically. The fries tasted like fish (one vat of fry oil, methinks) and the turkey in the sandwich was of dubious quality. We went because downtown was blocked off for a major funeral, and really, convenience is the only thing going for this place.

Pretty unorganized in ordering and serving. Need to learn how things works. How to pay and how to order and how to pick up food. Service is poor. Food kind of ok.
