Worst experience ever !! SHAME TO YOU GUYS FOR SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I ordered coffee and munchkins for my kids! I ordered curbside ! And the guy(older) who brought my order wasn’t correct! So I kindly asked if he could give me the right amount of munchkins! He took the bag and answered with angry attitude go get yourself!Yes I would if I wouldn’t have three kids with in the car ! And that’s why you have this option for curbside !

Greed has gotten the best of Dunkin's , prices went up and the quality went down the drain. Every donut I've gotten is stale, and hard. Haven't gotten a fresh donut from this chain in years.

When there's no customers, the place runs smoothly. When there are, that's when the clown show begins. Order a medium hot, extra cream, extra sugar? Takes 10 minutes for the staff to fumble around. The one at the register told me they were working on it. There were a line of 10 customers still waiting to have their orders taken, while at least 4 customers (including myself) were standing around waiting and coming up at the 10 minute mark. One poor dude was waiting for his order while I was in line - took them 15 minutes to make a regular, large hot coffee.The girl making the coffee this morning? Kept looking around and dumping the hot coffees out in the sink. I told them I had been waiting for my hot coffee with cream and sugar for 10 minutes. The guy at the register told me "don't come back." In front of everyone, he told me not to come back.Nice - I work in sales as an account executive, and if I said that to any of our customers, I'd be fired in an instant.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is outrageously expensive compared to all the others around!!! Not by a little, by a large margin! Don’t believe me, check it out for yourself. I work in construction and depending where I am I get my guys and I coffee at the nearest Dunkin every day. We were working closely this one and I stopped in to order and couldn’t believe I paid almost a dollar per drink and food more each. A dollar doesn’t sound like much but when it’s only a $2 drink elsewhere and it’s $3 at this location, same for the food, it is a 33% markup for the same product you get at any other location. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ll go out of my way to the next closest one just to avoid getting robbed by these guys.

This used to be one of the best locations in the area. Now you can expect to be ignored by the staff as they fill online orders and will leave customers standing in line. I approached the cashier and asked if she could take our order, there were several people behind me in line. She told me she was filling the online orders. I said well there's customer standing in front of you, you need to take care of them. She continued to ignore us as several customers walked out. Sadly this store went from well run to poorly run. Hopefully they can get some good management that can train their staff.
They are slow and don't listen/pay attention to your order. I ordered a curbside delivery and after 20 minutes I had to go in and get the watered down coffee. When I say water down the ice was melted before it even left the store.

Great location, the employees are all good people, always happy to serve us and on top of the orders. Fast service and never had problems with the quality of my food.
When I arrived there was one other customer and two employees on. The lady took his order which wasn't complicated, but took forever. At that point a line had started to form. I approached the counter the employee looked at me and said nothing and walked away. I was confused as to what was going on I stood there for several minutes. The gentleman behind me said this Dunkin' Donuts is ridiculous. I said they used to be one of the fastest in the area. He he agreed and said she blatantly ignored you, I bet she's feeling online orders. I said this is ridiculous we've been standing here for ages. I approached the counter and said Excuse Me Miss but we're in a hurry can you take our orders please we've been standing here for quite some time. She told me with an attitude that she was filling other orders. I said but those people aren't here, there's a line. She just turned her back and ignored me. I said wow that's just really bad customer service and she threw me a dirty look. At which point people started leaving the line and I too walked out. This is the second time that I've gone to this location and walked out. They need to attend to the customers in front of them first. Assign a separate person to do the online orders and there should be a manager on. 3/ 26/23 1:15 p.m.
