Wow. I am not from the area, I was visiting my daughter in the hospital, so I just picked a random place to get takeout. I picked the right one! First of all, very friendly people, and they know what they're doing! I got a chicken Caesar wrap, sweet potato fries, and a buffalo chicken wing plate. Every thing we ordered was exceptional. Best sweet potato fries I've ever had! My wrap was perfection, perfect amount of everything! And my daughter also loved the buffalo chicken wings. I wish I lived closer but next time I'm in the area I will definitely be ordering from here again.

One of the absolute best bars in the Boston area. The staff is incredibly charismatic and friendly, the energy is always inviting and fun, and the food is very very good, plus they have trivia and games! To top it all off, the pizza here is one of my favorites in the region.

I'm giving 3 stars but I really wanted to give 2. Ordered on their website because if you call they tell you to do that vs taking the order directly. It's said 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery (less than 1/2 a mile away) The image for the meatball sub has cheese, the options once you order only provides to click for extra cheese so it's reasonable that it comes with cheese. However my daughters did not. She also complained that the meatballs had small unidentifiable things inside them with a chewy consistency and she didn't want to finish it. Both the subs we ordered were soggy- the kind of soggy that comes from sitting in foil for over an hour before delivery. the steak and cheese had decent flavor but didn't have the items I requested on it. They weren't hot upon arrival either. The chicken finger similarly were not hot and were soggy. The pizza was good. Not hot but good. It's the sole reason for the stars. If you're going to try it I suggest going in. Don't take out you would be disappointed.

My child goes to college in the area and we come to Franco's for pizza whenever we're in town to visit (from California). We've tried all of the pizza places in Waltham and Franco's is by far the best. The pizza is consistently really good, the vibe of the place is friendly and laid back, and they take it seriously. I've never had a pizza that isn't top notch here. I personally like the Hawaiian pizza and Franco's Hawaiian is as good as any I've had anywhere in the country. As an example of them taking things seriously, we were there a few weeks ago, ordered a couple of pizzas, and apparently one of them had been stretched a tiny bit too much in one area. The manager (owner?) came out that said they messed it up and would be "making things right" by cutting the price in half for that one. When it came out, the hole was so small that I wouldn't have noticed (like the size of a dime), and when I went to pay, I argued that it didn't merit the discount (I want them to stay in business!). The response was that they felt bad and were going to charge me less whether I liked it or not -- I love this place, they are pretty funny! Anyway, great pizza, mellow atmosphere, nice people, what's not to like?
