I've gone to Green Papaya many years. I got a coke, glass noodle soup, no noodles? Lettuce in the soup. I also got udon with veggies and chicken. When the waitress put the udon noodles down, i said, that looks "old"...I should have left it....I have been sick to my stomach for 24hrs...never sick like that before. The only thing I ate that day.I'll never go again they cannot be trusted to serve fresh food.Shame on them....shame on me... never again. The kitchen must be nasty.....

As soon I walked into restaurant the Lady Manager was really rude as if I was going to do something to her. She told me that this not YOUR kind of food. I had my kids with me and she showed no respect at all. They are pure prejudice. This is not the American way.! Please be advised on what you eat there. Not recommended at all.

I went to this place to have lunch with one of my friends. It's close to her office and was recommended by her. I'm very happy with the experience.Their lunch menu has a variety of Thai food, including appetizers, soups, and desserts. Very affordable and a right size meal for lunch.I highly recommend experiencing their food.

Great food! We have been there 5 or 6 times for lunch and it's always tasty and fresh and served with a smile. Affordable too!

This low key Thai restaurant tucked away in a strip mall off Rt128 on Winter Street in Waltham is a gem. The room is bright and comfortable, the food is fresh and beautifully presented, and service is friendly and professional. With friends we had great food and a pleasant evening.Beer was served good and cold with a frosted glass. A simple glass of wine was properly cool as well. We didn't do appetizers, but ordered a Beef Salad, quite delicious with super fresh greens and herbs, grilled steak. A grilled salmon dish was well dressed with mango, and pad thai was hot and good. There's plenty of parking, and handicapped accessibility. Children would like the food. The restaurant is sparkling clean and fresh, and so were the servers. A nice atmosphere in an unfussy way.Vegetarian options: Vegatarians would find plenty on the menu.

This beef dish had a few pieces of meat and giant pile of green beans. Weird. The chicken steamed dumplings were pretty flavorless. This felt extremely Americanized. Asked for extra spicy - not even close.

Delicious food. Fresh veggies. Chicken perfectly cooked (not over done). Plenty of parking and fast service. Convenient to Embassy Suites.

Delicious food but be prepared for a mess if you order takeout or delivery. They still use the old foil food containers and plastic bags. Not only foil containers not seal well, the sharp edges tear holes in the plastic bags. Each time I've had takeout or delivery the food spills all over the bag, once getting on the floor of car. What a mess. If you order delivery, don't order more than one meal - the plastic lids buckle under the weight if something stacked on top. ... That said, I've never been disappointed with the food!

Green Papaya is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. I've been going there for over 20 years and I just love the food. My entire family meets there. It is one of the finest restaurants in the Massachusetts area.

The worst Drunken Noodles with Shrim ever. Just Steamed with Greasy sauce poured all over then they put only 4 small shrimp. A rip off compared to what we get in New York.

Amazing and pretty close to the real thing (though the spice level is significantly lower than you would get in Asia). Spice is on a level from 1 to 3. 3 is at most a 1 if you grew up eating authentic Asian food. Staff is incredibly friendly and the view is nice too. Hope to visit again when I'm back in town!
