I was sorry to see you changed your menu. You removed the chicken parm and pot roast from your menu and you Can't order cheese steak rolls on the tree anymore. Both of those meals were a very good value and replaced with higher priced meals. You might be pricing your self out of the game

Was here 3/2 from 8:30-close. Happened to use the restroom at the same time as a waitress. She didn’t wash her hands after using the restroom. So gross. Have always loved eating here because the vibes are so fun and the food has never disappointed. But knowing how unsanitary it probably is here, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

C'mon......Waltham Jake n Joe's is ALWAYS our “Go to”. Love the waitstaff. Seriously, they are THE BEST‼️ None better anywhere. Love the 3 managers that I see on a regular basis & they could not be more professional, smart, friendly & accommodating. Plus the food is totally great....very underrated & I tell everyone & it's just a fun & welcoming atmosphere. Love it‼️

I like this for quick and reliable delivery, but typically get appetizers or flatbread rather than bigger entrees. I have also gotten my godson kids meals from here, which he enjoyed. The pretzel sticks are incredible, and so are their desserts. I specifically love the fried Oreos and chocolate lava cake when they have that. In the summer they have a nice patio with its own bar and fireplaces which is nice. It is big and the parking is easy because it is in a huge lot.

Met a friend for lunch and had a great experience. I had the Cobb salad and it was delicious. We stayed and hung around to catch up and weren’t rushed at all.

This is your classic chain sports bar. The food is middling, the loaded tots were especially disappointing. The drinks were totally fine.
If I could, I would give Jake n Joes a 10 out of 5!! I made a reservation for a baby shower for a co-worker with 14 guests and from the get go they had a "we can do it attitude." I called an hour before the lunch and asked whether I can just drop off the balloon. Sam graciously offered to set up a table with the favors and balloons and helped me get all the stuff from my car. Attached is the picture of the setup when my coworkers and I showed up. THANK YOU Sam and Laura who was our server and she was so kind and made everything so smooth and seamless. The food was awesome.. there were no leftovers. The menu has been updated since the last time I was there (before Covid) and I was so happy to see new dishes. The fried pickles, ultimate nachos, pretzels and smashed burger salad were amazing. I can't wait to come back with my family (my toddler will love it). For anyone who is organizing a work event, come to Jake n Joes and you will have the best service and food. My coworkers had so much fun and appreciated the setup. For sure coming back for more work events and family dinners!!
