Would love to give a better rating. Food is on point especially the steak tips but the service is downright rude. The atmosphere is fine for a tavern. Slightly outdated. Maybe I was sour because the host who handled my to go order couldn't be bothered to greet me and seemed beyond bothered to do her job and cash me out. I would respectfully suggest management trains their staff to not seem bothered by customers.

Been here many years ago with my son and went back after 15 years the food is still excellent.service was weird had one waiter , then ended up with another,.but service good , place looks like old Traven as it should .

Chicken sandwich should be on a bun not bread. Ribs had to much BBQ sauce on it. Chicken pot pie needs to have bigger pieces of chicken in it . Food was very good.

We have been dining here since the place opened. The food has always been excellent. The servers always great. A five star family restaurant with affordable prices. PS if you are a Salad aficionado you have to try my favorite "Coalition Salad".Vegetarian options: If you are into salads these guys have the best!

Great place, amazing food. Very nice service.Had Baby back ribs and nachos. Loved both with a special bonus for the nachos, the cheese was all over and between the layers not just on top.Will definitely return soon.

Nice atmosphere, the dining room has a good setup and doesn't feel too crowded by tables. I went for lunch around 12:30 on a Friday and it was quiet. Food was great and my server was very nice. All around a good find.

Tell you what I've been going to John Brewers for years now, And I never found it either absolutely awesome or absolutely terrible. it's a middle of the road restaurant. But I took my mother out for lunch the other day, And we both had a very enjoyable time and meal. she got a simple bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich with a pile of fries. which she loved very much. I got a fried chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked perfectly breaded perfectly accompanied and perfectly served. our server was Tim who is an absolute gem of a guy. (especially seeing as though I was with my old lady mother.). we showed up just after the lunch Rush was over around 1:00 p.m.. This place is always busy during lunch and dinner just so you know. But I am very happy with our visit and I will go back again and hopefully I'll have Tim as a server!!!??????????Wheelchair accessibility: to be clear we have no one in a wheelchair in our party but, The parking lot is very accessible it's accessible to the restaurant and once you're in the restaurant there are plenty of areas for a wheelchair to maneuver.
