I don’t eat bread but we were in a road trip, so we stopped. They do not have gluten free sandwich options but they do have salads. The strawberry chicken salad was pretty good.

Unfortunately the only thing that brought me was the flatbread pizza that was discontinued

The food is almost on par with every Panera you've likely ever had though they seem more accodent prone. The staff can be rude, too. They'll even trash talk customers in spanish, making a bad guess that it won't be understood and they also take a while to get stuff done in general from what I've seen.Update: heard they were better. Nope.

Very relaxing cafe around waltham area. Great for enjoying morning calm with coffee and pastry. Lots of seating available. The mall has a big parking lot.

Unfortunately not a tasty salad with staled onions. They have even not taken order properly. Ordering no meat in salad didn’t function.

We really liked the sandwiches we ordered, they were bigger than we thought, next time we will share one which is enough, the place is very busy, lots of people studying and working on their computers, great place to stop and have a quick snack.Parking: There are many stores around so there are plenty of parking spaces.

I was disappointed with the stale bread that was so dry that even soup couldn't give it life

Panera is going automated, so we ordered from a screen, then received a text when the food was ready. It took a fairly long time because they were so busy but came out hot and delicious. The drink selection is interesting and varies. The dining room is clean and someone was there to wipe the table as soon as someone left. A little on the expensive side -- we spent almost $40 for two people, and drinks are $4 each!

This is my company's go-to place for food when we have a large group gathering at the office. The staff gets it right every time, offen very early in the morning and the food is always great.

Yesterday, my salad came with two small containers of dressing that had gone bad. They were warm and frothing, smelled horrible. When I brought them back to the counter, to express concern & ask for replacements, the person working behind the counter seemed totally unsurprised; she handed me two new dressings without a comment (or apology?). I will not eat here again, as it seems likely that there are issues with food safety/refrigeration.

After waiting for 5 minutes to place an order with a server, I used the kiosk. No server ever came out. Then I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes for my order (1 sandwich). I was the only one waiting. All servers/cooks were having a LONG Spanish discussion. i don't know what the issue was but no one was working on my order. Then I got home and my order was WRONG!!! Will not be visiting Panera again!
