Horrible service from one blonde woman and we receive raw food! The woman was so rude and condescending when asked about an order that I received a text saying it was ready. I understand being busy and this was my first experience coming to this place. The other gentleman there was being extra nice to try to make up for it. Some people should not be in a customer facing role if they can’t handle pressure of a busy day! Also the burger once we got it home was completely raw and could not be eaten. Very disappointing!

Took a while to understand how food ordering worked, as it was more automated than typical, table-service dining. Both menus, as were the food portions, plentiful. Nice ambiance, although not conducive to enjoying due to COVID protocols. We will definitely return!

fantastic place to hang out with friends, watch a game, try lots of great beers and have good food. The grilled cheese and dessert pizza were fantastic. Large space, lots of games and TVs. we will be back. Staff very freindly.

We went for brunch on Mothers Day and honestly, I could not find one thing to recommend this place except that it has outdoor seating. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches ( egg, bacon, avocado on a bun). Besides that they serve no coffee????? this food came out completely inedible. One of the most basic breakfast meals to prepare and it took close to 30 minutes to get the food out of the kitchen and we were the 2nd people to order after they opened. Bacon was 1/2 way cooked, 1 tiny slice of lettuce (why bother) a sheer of avocado and the roll was fresh out the fridge and wasn't toasted. The hash browns served with the breakfast were the only redeemable aspect of this meal. Either the management just doesn't care or the staff is untrained. 2 meals hit the trash can pretty quickly and at close to $26.00 for the 2 meals, not much to show for it, except the annoyance with an establishment's total lack of caring that went into our food prep. Maybe the reason they have done away with wait staff from serving food here is that there is no one to take direct responsibility for the meals they serve and to interact with the customers. We should have taken a photo or 2 of this meal but it was so depressing, we had no interest in dealing with this meal for another second.

A lot of empty crust. Dry. Not worth the money. Some good ideas about flavors but poor execution. Maybe ok for an $8 appetizer but these are $20 pizzas. Kind of a joke. They even refunded half of our money because they know they're a joke but it's not right of them to blatantly try to rip their customers off. We won't be back. I would recommend that you don't bother.

I went there a few weeks ago to pick up pizza for the kids doing remote learning. After they had lunch, they said "don't go anywhere else for pizza from now on." And I agree. The crust is thin with a little bit of crunch, almost like a croissant, and the toppings are so fresh and high quality. I can't wait to go back!

When we passed the first time this place looks like part of the office building. You can almost miss it. When you are in the environment and ambiance is great. It’s lay back but modern. You have your sitting area as well as game rooms where you can eat in. There’s a ping pong table and a great selection of beers. This is a Sous Vide restaurant food.

This is off the beaten track, in an office park near Route 128 in Waltham. Walking in, the high ceilings and spaciousness were very attractive. There is a wall of taps, self-serve for beer and wine, and you get a credit card with your name on it, and can run up a tab. My wife loved this, because she did not have to get a huge glass of beer. You pay by the ounce, and see the rising cost as you pour. There were many good choices. The food is known for its souse vide, so I got a burger (topped with fig jam). Slow cooked in water and then lightly browned, it was the most evenly cooked medium rare burger I have ever had. It was on the smaller side, but delicious. I had a so-so grain bowl to go with that. The pizza looked great and I will try that the next time I go.
