Bald delivery guy is always rude, will shove receipt in your face for a tip when you pay w/ credit, I use cash to tip. They use chicken fingers as “chicken cutlets”.

I just got back to my dorm after ordering from Prime Deli (once again) and I just had to leave a review. As an out of state student, this restaurant feels like home every-time I come visit. They are respectful and kind, while also being spectacular cooks on the grill and the purest of customer service at the register. When I was here solo over the summer an iced coffee with an everything bagel was my daily ritual. My roommate is obsessed with the curly fries and their burgers are genuinely so freaking good. I have put all my friends on to their pizza which goes very well with a alcoholic drink in the other hand. I love the support they show for Brandeis and their students as well as the Waltham neighborhood as a collective. This is a lovely establishment that feels and taste like home. Thank you all for all you do and all the amazing food you have put together! (the variety of menu is also 10/10)

Took over 60 mins for a chicken salad club sandwich and miss Brooke’s little piggy’s. Sandwich was soggy and not well put together.The little piggies were cold and the “pancake” wrap was just all crumbled in the takeout container. $28 for garbage is insane. Could have had a meal for two at McDonald’s and it would have been better.

Prime deli is the go to spot for any food you're craving. I've tried numerous things on the menu from the motz sticks to the Alfredo to pizza and wings and I've never been disappointed. They have an Awsome delivery option for my office which is quite Convenient for the busy work days and they're very quick with delivery. I love the points system that rewards you with coupons and free food after spending a certain amount. I will never stop ordering from here

The food here is completely blah. Boiled potatoes with no seasoning as "home fries". Sandwiches made using the least expensive ingredients and past peak vegetables. No one at Brandeis eats here because we love the food. That said, the staff here is even worse than the food. There's a woman working here who racially harasses me whenever I'm in the store. I'm Latin and often wear my hair straight. She always makes comments about how it's very bad that I straighten my hair, how it doesn't look good, and how I do it only to get the white men. The first time, I didn't get a look at who was doing it. The second time today I was like, 'You've got to be kidding me.' I mean, WTH? Lady, you are trying to take an agency over someone that you don't have as someone who literally serves people for a living. What if I said to you that your bad hair color doesn't look good, that you are doing it to try and look younger, and that you should just accept that you're over the hill and stop it. You would tell me to go do something to myself, right? Well, that's what I'm saying to you. Brown and Black girls can also wear their hair anyway they want too. We don't want your white men (working class or otherwise). I'm guessing that you don't say a thing to the white women who frequent this place even when they look like they just rolled out of bed. Owned by racists. Read the other Yelp reviews. Would avoid.

Look no further for a no hassle amazing deli and pizza shop in Waltham and greater Boston areaI’ve been eating here for years, and I keep coming back because the food is so good and the employees are all so friendly.Their pizza is the perfect ratio of sauce to cheese and it’s just greasy enough. I am also always impressed by their sandwiches, all of which are delicious (especially their steak bomb and Italian sub).The family also owns Chillbox Frozen Yogurt and Ice cream which is too doors down and it’s a must stop. It’s a green fro-yo chain and I’m pretty sure this was the first one in the country. It’s extremely good and you have to try one of their crepes if you’re there.

Took a chance on the no fuss counter service Prime Deli in Waltham and was rewarded with a delicious steak and eggs plate breakfast. The home fries were great, the eggs perfectly done, but the best part was delectable, perfectly seasoned steak tips. I will definitely eat here again.
