My children and grandchildren surprised me with an 85th birthday celebration at The Tea Leaf. The whole experience was Terrific from the friendly professionalism of the server, to the quality and presentation of the "edibles", to the beautiful teapots, and tea plates and the variety of the tea selections. There were 13 of us and the only guests there at the time which added to the "private dining "experience. I have never had such a perfect birthday celebration.
We had the most enjoyable afternoon tea time today thanks to Bette, our hostess and Robin, who prepared our delicious luncheon. We had a lovely table in the window and thoroughly enjoyed the setting. Local artisans displayed their work and beautiful China tea services , all different, adorned the tables. Soft background music gave off such a serene aura as we enjoyed delicious tea sandwiches, home made scones and small bite desserts. You will not be disappointed- great for occasion...read full review

We went yesterday for my birthday and it was great! Great tea selection and the owner, Robin really makes the experience. All the food was awesome and we all could have probably eaten a tray of the yummy egg sandwiches. This is a higher price afternoon tea and it takes a little longer but for a special occasion I enjoy that we weren't rushed. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it was very intimate.
