Placed an order through Grubhub and asked them to text/call when food was delivered (non-contact delivery). An hour goes by and I didn’t receive an update on my order, so I contact Grubhub to get answers, and my order ends up getting cancelled and refunded. A lady from the restaurant then called yelling and demanding their food back (of course I had no idea what she was talking about). Come to find out they had left the food outside of my building for 30 minutes and hadn’t told me anything, nor did they update the order status through Grubhub. Very unprofessional experience.

Spent $21.70 today on a salad that was disgusting all I could taste was the unwashed lettuce and this peppery taste on my grilled chicken salad. Why would you know wash the lettuce.

I spent $15 on a 10-inch pizza with mushrooms and anchovies. It wasn't real great. In food value it was lousy. I would've been better fed with a $3.59 sandwich from 7-11. Delivery cost me $5 but it was a fiasco: MULTIPLE problems. I nearly went hungry.

I have food allergies and I just called to see what type of Turkey they use (like spicy, oven roasted, honey roasted, etc) and the girl over the phone was extremely rude and not helpful and made me sound rediculous for asking that type of question. Thanks for the service :) this was on 2/21/24 around 8:45 PM, not sure who was working but was very disappointed. I also started the phone call asking what time they close because I don’t like to order when a restaurant is about to close online it says 11 but she said “uh I don’t know around 10”. All I can say is yikes and this girl must be very unhappy working here…

Driven by several times, so we decided to try out Waltham Pizza. Ordered a large pepperoni, but it looked like a medium at best(see picture). Pizza was ok, but nothing to write home about. The size of the pizza does matter to us, so I don't think we'll be back

they voted me by saying my order will be ready in 30 minutes, 2 minutes later. the staff were very rude and snapped at me when I pointed out that I had been waiting too long. especially the woman with brunette and curly hair. i canceled my order and didn't get my money back , it's fine.

Don't know what happened put pizza is not the same. Taste was off on the cheese and the pepperoni. Had the wing dings those were good but again it's a frz product. Sadly to say dominoes pizza tasted better. Service was good prompt delivery and pizza was hot.

I ordered some delivery and it was late. When I called, the person who answered was very passive aggressive and rude. They were also unhelpful. When the order arrived much later, it was wrong. The food was decent. I am not trying to be rude, I worked in the service industry for many years and I get that it is hard. With an improvement to customer service and ensuring they get their order right, this place could be pretty good.
Pretty unreliable restaurant, they simply chose to cancel the order 30 minutes after accepting it. You shouldn’t accept the order you can’t fulfill in first place. I am sure this attitude of yours toward your customer would definitely reflect in the quality of food you deliver. Glad you cancelled it.

I ordered pizza and fries delivered to my office. Everything was delivered on time. Ut was really delicious! I especially love the barbecue chicken pizza. It had a great sweet barbecue sauce on it. The cheese pizza really was a higglight for my coworkers. The fries were toasted just right.

We pick up pizza here for our company periodically. Everyone loves the food! The owner is always on site and she's very friendly and the food is ready when expected. You can't go wrong with Waltham Pizza.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options from pizza to salad.
3rd party deliveries take a millennium to be prepared, upwards of 30 minutes for just 1 pizza, it shouldn't always be immediate but the time it takes is very

Found these guys randomly while we were hosting a party and needed some pies. Totally hit the spot, arrived quickly, didn't break the bank. Would get the garlic again but would definitely order again! Not sure why the mediocre reviews.
