I send a mobile order which tells you exactly how to make a frozen coffee and it comes out watery and nothing like they are suppose to make it. Sent it back and all they did was put a different cover on it . I looks like a dark iced coffee. I always have a issue every time I go here and so does my friend!!! So unhappy I payed over $4.00 for this

Absolutely disgusting, forgot some of our food, everything was burnt they put a peice of cheese on the sandwich cold and it was burnt, there was one glob of avocado on the toast. Employees were very rude, drinks not properly made

I’ve never gone to this dunkin and gotten my order the way I asked for it, even going as far as saying I’m “allergic” to eggs and they still put it on my sandwich every single time. The workers are rude and lazy, no attention to detail or customer experience. Get visibly annoyed now that I’ve stopped tipping. I’ve worked in food service a long time and always tip well, but I’m not tipping when my order isn’t even right. I try avoiding this dunkin now but sometimes it’s the only one I pass.

This Dunking donuts absolutely sucks every time I come here and order i constantly get the wrong order I ordered sweet maple bacon on crossint and they give me a regular bacon egg and cheese I also ordered hash browns and they are ROCK HARD !! I am writing this review because it has happen to me more then 3 times and I’m finally saying something about it, honestly dunking do better !!!!

20 minutes before closing...I get a delayed lazy greeting saying, "Sorry we close in like 10 minutes" .... okay.... nothing. No asking what can I get you.Absolutely lazy!!

Asked for bacon chicken croissant and got a made up wrap including everything bagel seasoning.. What in tarnation is going on? If you don't have it, that's ok, tell me.. Please don't try to make something that isn't.
i have came here before and waited 10 minutes from a frickin bonut then had to go back up tell them the didn't give me it then they didn't have any so I had to pick something elts no I'm here again I got a grilled bacon a cheese melt but they didn't give me bacon and my god damn tea dosnt have a lemon in it it literally says lemon on the receipt and then I had to go up yet again and tell them turns out they didn't have any but just didn't tell me THIS DUNKIN SUCKS

The two people at the drive up service today 12/16 morning shift (male and female)were absolutely rude they look like they hate their jobs! No good morning, no have a good day, no thank you-- nothing! They don't even look at you! I felt like I was inconveniencing them!! Appalling customer service! I'll stick with Starbucks.

this is by far the worst dunkin around, everytime i go here my order is either wrong, missing something or my food is just sloppy and a mess. not to mention the employees are very rude.. they have horrible customer service. today the employee literally sighed at me when i asked for no egg on my sandwich. only go to this location if you want your whole day to be ruined by thier bad attitudes.

I very rarely leave comments on here but today I have to…I‘be been coming to this Dunkins on the weekends since I moved & live now a stone throw away..It’s very convenient but I’m to the point of driving a few miles away due to the horrible service that I receive ALMOST every time I go into this place..I was the only one in the store today & nobody looked my way for almost 9 mins & then I got an eye roll once they saw me ..I know cause I looked at my cell..Top it off its 40/60 shot they get our coffees correct…I think they need to pay more attention to the walk-ins instead of the drive through window in my opinion…
