Was given completely wrong coffee at drive through when I went inside was met w a very nasty attitude like I paid and tipped well for a hazelnut 3&4 ice I got a originally 3&3 all I said was hi this isnt the coffee I ordered she told me you have to wait in line the guys that were there were like take her she already waited and had to come in even they were taken back by her attitude I didnt trust to drink it after that
I don't like giving a bad review, especially when the staff is really nice, but I came here a couple weeks ago and my matcha latte was made totally wrong. barely any matcha and there was a lot of product missing (I hadn't even put the straw in in the photo). this isn't the first time this has happened at the same place, and for a nearly $5 drink I expect more than just milk and a buncha ice.

Decaf ice coffee... you don't put it in a pitcher filled with ice. The ice melts and you end up with watered down coffee. I've come here everyday for the past 4 days, everyday wondering why my coffee doesn't taste like coffee, tastes like cream water with sugar.. come on, stop cutting corners and make good coffee. NOT THAT HARD.
