Wow! Have things gone down. My wife and I went there for lunch today and were very disappointed compared to our previous visits. As we entered there were three people waiting at the Hostess station and NO Hostess. WE noticed an employee look right at everyone waiting and instead of saying something like "someone will be right with you", she walked right by us and didn't say anything. When we finally got seated and ordered our meals in which my wife had to remind our waitress that we ordered a bowl of Clam Chowder. She seemed stunned that she forgot to get the appetizer then promptly brought out a cup (not bowl) of luke-warm chowder. My wife got the Salmon, which she said was good, and I got the Fish and Chips, which the fries came out cold. We also ordered two soda's and were CHARGED for refill's, I understand the cost of food is sky rocketing, but what does a refill of soda cost (?), I'm sure less that the 2.99 they charge. Finally we received the bill for TWO (2) of us and found that a 20% tip had already been added to the bill. WE did NOT receive service worthy of a 20% tip.In fact my wife overheard the waitress saying she was "overwhelmed" even though it was NOT busy. One last thing, the Hostess that was M.I.A. was located talking to the waitstaff near the back service station fanning herself with a menu. IF THE OWNER READS THIS.....YOUR STAFF NEEDS TRAINING!!!!!!!!!! We will not go back.

A booth of 3 at 2:00 on a Sunday. I waited 12 minutes after ordering a draught beer for it to come completely flat. The poutine was a soggy bland cousin that should have the tine removed from the menu. A cheeseburger came completely wrong, plain is easy to screw up I guess. And the second beer that I ordered was on the bill but never showed up. Absolutely horrible experience. More like the gateway to Brockton. Never again. Oh and the two waitresses love to loudly complain about an unhappy patron of their employer’s establishment after he mentioned how awful the “puketine” really was.Parking: Don’t mistakenly drive off of the curb when leaving as it’s not even marked by contrasting paint

Have given this multiples ties as we have loved it over the years. The food quality has gone downhill each time. Sweet potato fries tastes burnt and had a terrible texture. The chicken fingers were not cooked all the way and the turkey club well is more like a turkey burnt sandwich…

I would go to McDonald’s before ever going here again . I got undercooked raw seafood I literally took 2 bites before noticing , alls they could say was “sorry about that “ and then the manager came over and said “ you want this for free “ with a bad attitude , no I don’t want it at all since you can get sick from eating raw fish that’s so disgusting ! I had to argue with them to take it off I actually said I wasn’t paying for any of the other things I got apps drinks etc until they took it off and that got their attention real quick, and they finally took it off seeing as I had pictures of this uncooked fish and thankfully for them I didn’t have to take the matter further . I’ve witnessed the manager being rude to other people as well , I’m not one to complain about a meal most times I’ll just deal with it but I won’t deal with undercooked food . Get new cooks if you don’t want someone to not have to pay for something that wasn’t cooked and they barely touched .

was surprise to see it dead on a Saturday night! Now I know why.. service was horrible what happens to the good waitstaff, food flavorless and cold. how does chowder come to the table freezing cold , when we told the waitress she said ok I'll put in the microwave longer. That was a big no! Potato skins special was cold and flavorless. Steak tips were flavorless and luke warm,and let's not talk about the fried clams. Was very disappointed, won't be going back.

Not particularly busy Valentine's Day but our server was not very attentive. My mashed potatoes were cold. The butternut squash was barely warm. I ordered the surf and turf and my meat was delicious but stuffed shrimp were not very good. The stuffing was just a big glob of wet sea water tasting bread crumbs. We were finished with our dinner and waited quite a while for the check. We found the prices to be quite high given the quality of the food. On previous visits the restaurant was always very crowded but there were not many people here this night which was surprising given that it was Valentine's Day. It appears the quality of food and the service have decreased significantly.
