*** CASH ONLY *** Nana's is the best ice cream in Onset, hands down. I usually visit three times every weekend I spend in town. The Graham Central Station and Fluffernutter flavors are must-try. They raised their prices a bit this summer, but it's still much more affordable than other ice cream places in Boston / the rest of the Cape. They've got sundaes, soft serve, and Italian ice as well.
